we order from here for convenience because the others are far. the drinks have been wrong almost every order, (i know the dasher does them, but there def needs to be a better sense of quality control), the fries taste weird sometimes, almost like they put the wrong seasoning, then tried to cover it up. the amount of sauce is super inconsistent. the people working have been rude to me, not only on the phone but in person. the owner and i do have history, but this review is purely from a consumer standpoint. people work hard for their money and choose to spend it at your establishment, its not wrong for me to expect what i pay for.

May not fulfill your expectations. Estimated time for order to be ready was 30-35mins.
Upon arrival, the workers were joking around and not attentive to guests walking in. The front desk associate informed us there was still a 10-15min eta. Our order was two bags, one was on the shelf ready to go and kitchen staff did not alert for the second bag that was ready.
Food was dying at the window and order did not come with voodoo fries as ordered.
Just be aware….
Long wait times, inaccurate orders, and cold soggy dying food.
Went to Wingstop ordered and paid waited for food first order came out and the employee handed us the bag then after my son started eating the lady at the register came and said he took the wrong order and stated he only paid for 5 pieces and received 8 pieces so I explained that we didn't take anything ur employees gave out the wrong order she wanted the 3 extra tenders bk or we were to pay for them which we did but she came out very unprofessional and acted like we stole the food when the mistake was on there side
Then came out said because of her inventory she had to fix it which I told her I understand but how u going to charge me for y'all's mistake!! I didn't go in the kitchen for anything y'all brought it out to us. I paid for the additional tenders. then they brought us out a whole new set of 6 piece tenders. Again on there own mistakes we received 13 pieces in total when she tried to be ugly about 3 tenders we got double karma's is real when ur ugly and unprofessional!
They don't offer free water cups here.
It isn't like other chains haven't managed to figure out how to do so for many years and still be successful. I don't care if it is basically a thimble or if prices are 2 cents higher... the prices are already comparable to a sit down restaurant.
We ordered online for takeout 8-wing combo with a deal including free voodoo fries. The chain is set in a dated retail center. The dine in area is pretty bare bones and tore up, and not very clean. From what I could see of the kitchen it looked pretty grimy, too. Picking up the order was pretty awkward as they thought I was a delivery driver at first. The food itself was decent, kind of small wings for the price. The flavors were fine, a little on the sweet side. The flavor in the voodoo fries was pretty good, but they have a soft french fry so it was all kind of mushy. I'd consider going back for an online deal.
Cashier was friendly. Wings were excellent. The fries were really tasty. Restaurant was clean. We will be back! Update: It is freezing in there. Not sure why there is no heat. The air coming through the vents makes it so you cannot wait or eat comfortably. The food is still good though.
Really I don't know about your experience but for me was terrible. First time I buy food there and will be last... pictures talking for me. Bought a 24pk with cheese French fries and fries was cold, soggy and taste horrible, never see the cheese on it. Wings was overcook and very hard to bite and swallow. For me they have -200% recommended. Glad to those had a very great experience buying food there. Waste my money there....
Manager was rude . Took over an hour an a half and our delivery time kept going up. When my wife called to get an update, an employee cancelled our order without letting us know and we couldn’t get a refund unless we went there. We didn’t want to drive into town that’s the whole point of delivery. I will never give them any business. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.
