This is was first time ever at a wing stop now I will never enter one again lol I waited 50 minutes for 10 hot wings. For them to come sub room temp and dry with no sauce ?
I had to go home and make my own hot sauce which tasted better then I think they could possibly make ?
We decided to take out a 75 wing dinner for our family from the Lynchburg wards rd location. We picked up the order and drove home (30 mins away) to see that we were shorted 15 bone in wings. (30 dollars worth). It was pretty irritating. The food we did receive was very good. My wife emailed Wingstop that night 11/9/24. Here we are at 12/12 with no response. Absolute shit customer service. I will not ever give wingstop our business again. I understand things happen, but they should be taken care of.
Amira and the staff have absolutely improved the atmosphere at this location. The food was on point and the hospitality was impeccable! Hands down best wing place in Lynchburg!!!
Ameer was my cashier and he was super professional and offered great customer service! Food was terrific! Fries and wings were on point! This man needs a raise!
This was the best service we’ve ever had at Wingstop. Amir, Destiny and the other workers were quick, very kind and servicial. The wings were cooked to perfection and smothered in sauce. We had a group of about 15 and all of us seemed very pleased. I can’t even count on one hand how many times we were checked on and asked if we needed more dip, napkins, etc. Definitely coming by again! 5 stars!!
Ordered through DoorDash and they did not start the order until 45 minutes later. Got the food 1 hour and half later and it’s the wrong one.
Ordered Cajun wings and it’s a Buffalo sauce flavor with a sprinkle of Cajun. What a joke.
Undercooked and overrated I almost threw up when I saw my sons undercooked chicken sandwich that nobody should eat from there. I absolutely used to love this place now it is terrible. The fries were soggy and covered with cold cheese and their bone in chicken. Wings were absolutely terrible and undercooked. When I asked them for extra crunchy the whole meal was garbage. I went on October 1, 2023. My son is blind. Can you imagine biting down on an undercooked tendon sandwich gross.
The food was really good. The Mango habanero wings were really spicy. My favorite was the corn.
