I ordered for a delivery during lunch. It took approximately 45 minutes. The wings were good, cooked extra, so they were crispy, which I like. However, there was not much season on them or the fries, and the fries were not warm. They do have the best ranch.
This Wingstop is a great location! Friendly staff and the food was fresh to order.
They didnt even have sauce for the wings. I tried to get help with the order and was told its normal and nothing they could do. This location is terrible. Order from somewhere else. I made the attempt to make it right. They dont care.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a chicken wing. I'm still trying to get the taste out of my mouth. The chicken was under cooked and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for weeks before they decided to cook it. I had to throw 50 bucks worth of chicken in the trash. And the last 4 or 5 times I ordered from there when I showed up they claimed the order didn't go through but somehow they magically charged my card. I think it's time to find a new place to get my chicken. I'm feed up with these people.
Went in at 5:30 on the 14th. What a polite, respectful, and professional staff. I was greeted by three different employees all with a smile; one complimented my jewlery. Hats off - Excellent service
Every time I try to come here I call my order ahead but I always end up on hold for 15 minutes or longer and when I walk in still on hold they get mad at me I'm sorry but if I'm spending money here I expect to be welcomed not talked to like I'm dumb expectually not by the MANAGER!!!! This might have been my last trip to this wing stop (they have 10 employees in the building 5 are working while the other just stand there looking lost the manager included)
i’m at this location all the time. the employees are always in a rush and don’t have great customer service. which i understand ive worked fast food before, but they aren’t kind. i just had the greatest experience with minnie, she was very kind and i could tell she values customer service. she put a smile on my face and made me feel welcomed instead of an inconvenience. thank you minnie!
Food was terrible, fries weren't cooked. The sandwich was mostly bread. I recommend not going here
