They can’t take responsibility that they messed up and started screaming at the top of her lungs. They shouldn’t have rushed my order from the beginning and they wouldn’t have messed up. All of them were acting like the wings they threw was coming out of their paycheck it’s sad. The manager has also made me do a “good review” before and made sure I did it in front of him for an extra ranch but I take it back. Rude people.
Staff took their good damn time stating they get paid by the hour. Staff didnt k ow how to spell or read when i said i was there to pick up food that clearly had a name that wasnt normal , but easily spoken .Waited an extra 20 minutes for food that was already placed in To go area. Fried were over cooked and all food was cold. Dry lemon Pepper wings had a buttery juice in tray
Maybe before pick up is a good place by for eating in it’s insane , I had to wait a lot for 8 wings . I claim for the time and the manager that was close even look for the claiming I think the service is not good. To expensive too. At the end the cashier saved the day
I came to this location after leaving the Maxwell concert. The customer service was great. The team worked to get the pole of orders out. I was kept updated on the status of my wings that were being freshly prepared. The team that worked that night deserved kudos.. I will be back ..
I was 1.7 miles away from this location. I doordashed food from them at 12:32 pm. I didn’t get it until an hour a later. It was cold the seal on my food was also broken when I received it. The final straw was me finding hair in my food while eating it.
This was my FIRST & last time going here. The entire CREW was RUDE & had POOR HYGIENE. The guy making the food was SLAMMING things (real sassy) I’m extremely disappointed I wasted my time going there. I also asked for a refund and the cashier told me “I can’t give you a refund because my GM isn’t here but why do you want a refund?” I asked to speak to the GM and she said he want there no gave any contact to reach him. So I’m hoping the district manger and cooperate office will see this and reach out.
I didn’t request anything special. I asked for 20 piece wings which I thought would have been a mix of flats and drums. They gave me all drums and didn’t have the decency to communicate that to me. I’ll drive the extra distance next time to a more respectable location…
It's only for someone who has a strong stomach.. those sauces are pure chemicals. The blue cheese tasted like kerosene with crumbs, everything is so salty ???????? yes the voodoo fries are great but they're soggy. Maybe I'm just too old for this kinda food. I quit.
