Evelyn who claims to be manager had an issue with my table . Had a huge attitude . If she doesn't like her job maybe she shouldn't work there. She repeated herself 3 times talking to me like I was dumb cuz I showed her that fries were literally crumbling when I grabbed them
Horrible customer service to me my crew and other people I heard walk in . Then the cook over heard her attitude and gave us fries . Knowing they were bad and crunchy .
Dam this people work with no sense of urgency. 1 hrs to get a 20 piece and fries. I placed my order online got here 30 minutes later still not done. 5 people waiting. 32 minutes later I get my food. They we chatting and working slow. They don't drop fries or wings they literally wait to do so till they get to the next ticket. Better to order from the one on 83 and i road
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Me and my boyfriend got there at 7:30pm, and waited for over an hour to get our food. We got our food at 8:35pm after we got up and complained.The restaurant wasn’t even busy it was almost empty. The host also was extremely rude, don’t know how she still has her job when clearly other people have complained about her, her name is Alexa customer service was horrible. The whole hour we waited for our food we saw 3 other people go back to the restaurant because she messed up their order and when the customers would leave we saw she would start making fun of them. While we waited for our food we even saw one worker leave with food they made for themselves. This is ridiculous that wingstop needs to have a manager there with them that Alexa girl is irresponsible and clearly doesn’t care about the customers. The whole time Alexa was on her phone too she wasn’t doing anything at all. Oh and when we left with our food it was cold too, I thought it would be fresh and hot but nope everything COLD!!! Mind you this was a double date our friends ordered 1 minute before us and got their food 30 minutes after and we had to wait another 30-40 minutes on top to get our order. I will be calling corporate about this. It’s not acceptable at all and clearly we aren’t the only ones who’ve gone through this.
Chicken was not cooked properly. Had a go back back even then manager gave us a hard time about the order.
Because it had being 1 hour we had gotten it.
We live out in the country so it's about 35 min drive to and from this place.
So we don't go anymore
Terrible service. Was waiting to order for dine in 10 mins. The women cook just looked at us and didn't say anything. I asked if she could call someone to take our order and she refused. There were dirty tables everywhere and the restaurant was not busy. I'd rather drive through traffic than go here again.
Paula for one made the entire experience horrible. She said there would be a 45 min wait and I agreed. Then after an hour I checked on my order to which then she told me with attitude it's going to take 10 to 20 min l longer! Mind you people who ordered after us and phone orders were getting fulfilled before us when they should be going in the order they were received. So after another 30 min they finally call my order and I asked for 2 extra ranches and instead of feeling some kind of empathy that the order took so long, mind you it's also my daughter's birthday, she ignored me for a bit and then with attitude told me that's 2 59 to which I asked, you made me wait an hour and a half when you said 45 min and she said I said 45 min to an hour and I called her out and told her no you said 45 min and never said an hr and had she I could have decided to go else where for my kids day but instead of just apologizing she was completely rude and never one said sorry for the wait and then told me she couldn't give anything for free. I can't believe a restaurant has such horrible service. No one was cleaning the tables they were just piling with trash, there was a frozen TV the entire time the atmosphere was uncomfortable with no friendly service or anything, just a bunch of hungry people upset about the wait. Why yall don't have more staff on weekends I have no idea. The most unorganized staff and on top of it all the fries had no seasoning, my cajun corn was just fried corn, my wings were supposed to be lemon pepper but i might as well have ordered plain because they had no flavor. $80 for a horrible experience and not even the food made up for it. Paula alone runs that place into the ground. I suggest another location yall.
Manager was very RUDE, customer service from managers was very unprofessional , Cashier Alexa was very helpful, what a shame especially when I am a paying customer of a family of 8 we usually spend $100+ or more every time. DONT EVER GO TO THIS WINGSTOP you automatically very judged and unwelcomed by managers starring you down.
Stay far away from this location! 1 star is too much for this location. Ordered online and said would be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up after 30 min to give extra time and took them over an hour to get me my food. Restaurant was empty and the 3 workers were in the back joking around the entire time. All the One star reviews were right on the money. I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary this time.
