Ordered for delivery - NEVER AGAIN…
Chicken wings were very dry like rocks , looking like cooced yesterday .
Paid $140 for food which went to garbage.
Very weird, and now I understand most of the reviews. Ordered online and had my husband go inside to pick it up, completely ignored him And just stared at him until he got annoyed and asked what was going on. Food was okay, but what’s the point of paying for an extra ranch when you don’t get it? Food wasn’t that hot either. I feel like if the service was better this place would have the potential to be better.
I went up to the register to order and it took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I ordered food for one person and it took 50 minutes, when I got it it was cold. There were about 7 people working and no one had any urgency.
I have been to this location twice. This time I just walked right out. The customer service is horrible. Both times employees had their children at work with them. I tried to order my food and one employee was at the register taking another employees order. The whole time they were just playing around. Also why are they allowed to bring their children to work? Very unprofessional.
First time trying wingstop. Had to try the voodoo fries and I was not disappointed. Also tried hot honey and Hawaiian boneless wings. Both were good. Although hot honey didn't taste very hot or very honey. Also tried the bone in garlic parm. Good flavor on those. Definitely recommend. Don't sleep on the ranch!
Never will be ordering from this wingstop again. I came in to pick up my order while the front desk worker was acting like a child smelling customers drinks, dropping cups on purpose ,ignoring customers to speak to a friend, and ignoring customers to fill her own drink. 0/10 don’t recommend whoever worked as the front desk worker on 10/18/24 at 7:30pm needs to be fired and get some home training.
Food was good, nothing to go crazy over. Some staff were really nice! But, and there's always a but! One woman who was working, was so upset about there being a line of people waiting for their food.
She stated and I quote "People don't know how to cook if they knew how to cook we wouldn't have this problem. It's a hot day and they getting take out"
.. It's almost like that's the point of getting take out? Is getting food when you don't want to cook.
And it's national chicken wing day, where Wingstop offers free wings. OF COURSE people are going to want to go out lol. Ghetto workers in a fast food environment never do well. Always complaining when it comes down to doing their job that they signed up for. If u don’t like the traffic the job gets go work somewhere else. If not then that sounds like your personal problem. OH WELL! Just my experience but by the looks of the reviews I'm not the first to have someone be rude like this.
We waited 45 minutes for our food. Mind you, it took the workers at least 10 minutes to even take our orders… then it was another 45 minute wait. For 8 takeout boneless wings and some fries? That’s not the worst part. The worst part was the employees who were so rude and didn’t seem to care about their job or the people waiting. DoorDash drivers would come to pick up their food and ask the employees if it was ready and I watched at least 5 times where the employees got into arguments with the customers or dashers. We felt uncomfortable just sitting and waiting for our food cause of all of the arguing and yelling from the employees. Super rough at this location, definitely won’t be coming back. The other locations are much better and the employees actually are friendly and helpful.
