I ordered a wing combo on Uber Eats and when I received my order, my fries were literally just crumbs. I feel like when you order through these apps the restaurant do not take these orders seriously and they give you leftovers and that’s not fair. To top it off just noticed a hair on my cup.
I arrived to pick up my order & it took almost 5 mins for anyone to acknowledge me. No hello, welcome, be right with you or anything.
The order is for my son, he takes the boxes out later in the evening to discover that instead of the Meal Deal Bundle, it's corn & fries. I called the store to see if they can provide a credit on my account for the mix up since this is almost a weekly purchase. I'd need to return the items to the store, as if this is not already an inconvenience. I live 20 miles away from this store & won't be back in the area until work on Monday. I'd be willing to take a partial credit, but not a return to the store.
They can also do better on their food safety/hygiene implementation as the last time I was there the bagger who I also saw open the boxes, took time between bagging to twirl her hair, and without washing her hands went back to handling the food/food containers. I'm not sure why her hair wasn't in a net
Tonight on 11/15/24 at 9:45pm I experienced the worst customer service tonight. Nobody acknowledged me and a few others for our pick up orders. They were rude to customers, playing music in the back and joking around. I had to grab my pre paid pick up order off the stand. This isn’t the first time the employees have been like this. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened.
I honestly don't know how they stay in business, you have to be drunk or nothing else is open to consider Wing Stop.
My order wasnt right. Keke the manager went beyond to fix it with no hesitation. He and the night staff was awesome. Definitely will be back.
I placed an order for delivery on 8/15/24, but when I received it half of the order was missing. I contacted the store, and was advised that they "were wondering whose tenders those were."
I requested that they deliver the rest of my order, but they refused. Because I had to drive to the store to pick it up, I requested a refund of my delivery fees. Four different employees, all of whom claimed to be managers, refused to provide the refund saying "That's not how it works." Well, of course that's how it should work; why should I pay for delivery when I had to drive to the store? Finally, Tenisha agreed to refund the fees; however, I did not believe her and I have yet to receive a refund. I just called the store to speak to the actual manager but Jasmine advised that she is new and doesn't know his name. At first, she said he was busy, and then she said he wasn't there. The behavior of these employees is entirely unacceptable! We will not be going back.
I ordered 8 pieces combo the fries are extremely cold and soggy
Nicole the manager is beyond rude. I specifically asked them for ranch and they didn’t pack it so I couldn’t eat my food on my break which was already very cold when I got it. She told me that she “already gave me an ultimatum to pick up the ranch” and that “it’s not her problem if I can’t eat my food during my break now”. I was a regular. Never eating there again!
