We waited 45 minutes for our food due to call in orders being completed before ours. When we asked they said our order was next. We proceed to watch as 5 more call in orders were called out. When we finally received our order the size difference between our wings was drastic. I couldn’t believe it. My wings were the size of a quarter. We paid $28 for a six piece and an eight piece. Very disappointed. We will not be back. We are currently sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings where it took 10 minutes for them to bring us our order.
I get that largely manufactured food isn’t always going to be perfect and you’ll have some off pieces sometimes. But to send out not one or 2 pieces… but an entire box of chicken wings very obviously covered in feathers, is truly disgusting and careless. No way that went unnoticed before dropping these in the fryer and sending them out.
Was greeted professionally and efficiently by Judas.....the chicken strips and fries were poppin...my buddy had a delicious crispy chicken sandwich...we also requested a drink refill and Judas helped us in a courteous way...the Team at Wing Stop Cda are on point ????
Friendly people but the food is terrible and half the meat was fat. My girlfriend and I just was here and we won’t be back. We’ll stick with BWW. The owner should feel ashamed of themselves. Fries tasted dull also.
Where do I even start. I have no idea how this place is still even open and passes health code to be honest. I saw employees sliding on a very greasy floor back and forth between orders, first of all that's disgusting and a safety hazard! I've never ever had good food here. It's like taking a chicken nugget from McDonald's and slapping some BBQ sauce on it. Cold, dry, over cooked chicken. But I'm not at all surprised because of who is running this place! I read a lot of reviews that said management needs to do something, well....I don't think they can keep management! My son got a job there and it was the managers first day. She doesn't train staff, she expects them to know everything even when they've never worked there before and she reprimands them in front of customers and argues with them. She doesn't believe in or send her staff a schedule and tells them that they have to "earn their hours!" In this world the kids who actually do want to work, let them because 75% of the rest of your staff sucks but you schedule them to work. And then hires her own 14 year old daughter to follow her around the restaraunt! The place sucks, and then you add an inexperienced manager who thinks she is going to change the world over night, Get outta here! The owner needs to step up and train his employees properly and find better management and do the hiring of staff! This place won't last long!!! And it's a health departments nightmare...no gloves required and handling food and I've never seen an employee wash their hands EVER! Yuck...sticky tables and watched a manager sweep rugs and swept it into a wall while customers were standing at the counter to order.
Placed a $60+ dollar pickup order online. Said it would be ready in 21 minutes. Took us 25 minutes to get there, when we arrived we were greeted by a nice younger gentleman who said our order wasn't ready yet. No worries. But then out came the middle aged bad attitude guy who said he has "absolutely no idea when our order will be ready, I haven't even started it." in the rudest tone possible. So we sat, another good 15+ minutes or so and finally received our order. We finally got home and sat down to eat the most undercooked wings and fries I have ever had in my life. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have tossed them into the garbage instead of risking salmonella.. Wingstop is a bummer....
So we made our order online at 6:30 we did receive our order to our home till almost 8:15! They did not put our drinks with our order, and our food is freezing, my french fries are soggy as heck, and looks like two diff types of fries smooshed together and didn’t receive the right chicken on one order and missing chicken from the same order was suppose to be a ten piece and received a 6 piece! Driver told us to contact the restaurant and no one will answer never ordering from here again and I want my money back!
I do UberEats and I simply will not come to this place because the service is so terrible. They are always getting orders wrong. They have a bunch of kids running the place that act like they don’t have a clue what’s going on. They will not lift a head when you walk through the door, leaving you to stand there for quite sometime before someone will acknowledge you are there. The two times the manager was there she was snappy and really unprofessional to other customers. All in all it’s disorganized, slow, and no one cares. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings.
