District manager Raquel Crvenkovski likes to make the store look clean for when corporate is coming.But other than that, it's a dirty and bug filled. She tells us to cook the chicken in big batches and heat it up for the next few hours.As people come in so your wings are never fresh but hot also the fries never get refrigerated when they're supposed to be and no one dates anything I've personally seen them use expired butter milk in the ranch!
This wingstop is the best around! Staff were friendly and the food was out quickly, correctly, and was amazing. The fries were seasoned nicely and I even got an extra ranch and some extra wings in my order and that's always a plus!
This is the worst Wingstop in the Waco area. Food is consistent, but the staff is constantly stressed and short with customers. Not to mention it’s nearly impossible to order from them. Online ordering (and the app) rarely works. Then calling just goes straight to voicemail. Worth my time and sanity to go elsewhere and not even bother with this location.
Customer service was top tier!! Especially Isaac he made sure to tell me the wait time before I even ordered!! Food was bomb... everything was Great UNTIL Caroline the Store manager walks in and Starts YELLING specifically at 1 employee... how disgusting to think it's ok to Bark at some1 infront of a lobby full of people!!
Amazing!!! I don’t work far . I absolutely love coming to this spot the staff as well as the manager are very pleasant.I’ve never had a bad meal from them!! That are extremely attentive when you sit in store! They are also very quick !!! food is always hot and fresh!!!! I would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.
On November 10, 2024, several families gathered for a get-together, where we shared 100 wings ordered from this place. Unfortunately, several children and adults experienced symptoms like vomiting, headaches, and nausea afterward. I promptly called the store to report the issue, and the employee I spoke with assured me that a manager would follow up within two days. It's really terrible to watch my boys vomiting several times. Other kids and parents are also suffering. Terrible terrible terrible experience...
Went to Wingstop in Hewitt. My food was too salty, but they would not remake it. Bonnie spoke to someone named Katerina ,Katerina had someone make my food again so I appreciate Bonnie and Katrina. They were very helpful. Very understanding. I am very pleased. They are professionals and they don’t mind helping a customer. There was also a female African-American that tried to help me she did what she could. I also appreciate her. I didn’t catch her name though.
The customer service was so good. My experience with this Wingstop is always great. The wings are delicious and always freshly made no matter what flavor you get. I highly recommend this location.
