So far I have ordered from here three times, each time the order delivered was incorrect or missing items. We’re not talking about small items either. The first order was missing all sauces and drinks. The second order was missing 2 sides of fries. This last order was missing 2 sides of fries and 5 wings out of a 10 piece order had the wrong flavor.
Always have a good experience at this location. I always order in the restaurant and the cashier is very nice. My food never takes long to make and always tastes super fresh. I usually get the hot honey chicken tender combo with cajun corn. The restaurant is clean and there are plenty of tables.
The food was hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly. I will return. Thank y'all for making my nieces birthday happy and delicious. Lol.
Waited 55 minutes for 15 boneless wings. We watched no less than 30 mobile orders (grub hub, door dash, ect) get prioritized over us. Food was pretty alright but the wait was no good.

They over charged me and got mad when I addressed it. And they did not put the flavoring on my tenders. I think the staff is newer because I never had this experience at other locations. Giving 1 star because on a positive note the food was hot and fresh. . . Just bland because they did not add flavor, if I wanted plain tenders I would have went to McDonald's.
the man working the register was so nice i believe his name is Brandon. some of the best costumer service i’ve gotten post covid. everyone else in the store, like in the back, was also so nice too. service was swift and overall a good enough experience to leave this review. props to wingstop oakley !!
Yeah this is the worst wingstop and exceptionally slow along with rude customer service, it's not that their purposely rude they lack personality period.
Worker stated don't call saying it's cold it's been sitting an hour I thought about saying what would you do if I did call and say its cold but I figured nah he works at wingstop not worth even engaging, enjoy life.
Update . . They keep the phone purposely off the hook so when you call you can't reach anyone and even when you do reach them they hang up or act like they can't hear you I'll attach photos of the phone off the hook I was shocked they let customers see it off the hook
I ordered: 10 pc wing parm/lemon pepper. Parm tastes old and it wasn’t fully cooked. Lemon pepper was SO GREASY. There were, literally, 2oz of oil underneath the lemon pepper wings. I instantly got a headache! The fries were cold, not warm, but COLD! The corn? SO GOOD!! The corn would be the only reason I’d ever go back .
