Not the first time Ive had issues with this location. First time they messed up my order completely missing wings fries and veggie sticks. Now this time they just threw the dressing in the bag which popped open and spilled all over the bag and food. Asked for well done fries and the fries were soggy. Very disappointed with the recent service that I received. Very careless with the product they are delivering. The bag was soaked and almost tore open. First time they didn’t want to replace order asked me to drive back across town and take them the food and were only going to replace 5 wings. I only went to this location because I was at my parents house. Manager is very rude. They need new management and workers. We spend over $50 each time so it’s sad to see the kind of food we are receiving and wasting our money on.
I placed an order online for pickup, but this location can't count up to 55 wings; they shorted me one wing. Each wing is $1.25 after tax. After explaining the issue three times on the phone, I spoke with Manager Roger, who called it an "honest mistake." Roger should have offered to fix it. I mean how can you not know how to count up to 55? Next time, ensure your wings are counted correctly. Because if it happened to me, it can definitely happen to anyone else. Make sure you count your pieces right there and then.
I wish I could say I was happy with my order I ordered a 10-piece my Cajun wings don't taste or look like Cajun my lemon pepper wings they put them in the box with a whole bunch of Greece and one of them look like it already have been bitten by somebody I haven't even touched my food and this is the second time they didn't want to fix my order it always happens I wish the general manager was there this time I didn't even want to get my money back because they were taking forever and just looking at me like if they didn't want to help ready to when the worker katrina didn't want to help me last time neither not only that neither one of them workers wanted to help this Spanish lady they were all looking crazy because they didn't speak Spanish or wanted to help her ridiculous
I Just called a bunch of times because my order was incomplete and I can’t go back at the moment and no one is picking up the phone. Other than that the girls were fast and nice . Order was ready quick…
I get wings from here quite often and they rarely disappoint. The customer service is always good and if you haven't tried the hot honey wings yet, you need to. My favorite flavor is still the original hot, though!
1st. it was SO hot in there, really uncomfortable.
2nd. no baby changing station
3rd. we ordered a family 24 count we only got 19 wings. (foods so expensive here now , we gotta get what we pay for)
I ordered on uber eats and (at no fault of wingstop) i didn’t get my food, i had to go pick it up and the staff was so lovely and understanding. Great people great service. 10/10 experience.
Asked for an 8 piece, got 7, I get the fries have to have sugar and be salted (which I love) but this is too much.
