My wife and I have eaten here twice. The first time was not impressive. Just poor quality food. We decided to give it another shot tonight. Wife put in an online order around 2:00pm for 4:00pm pick up. When she got there at 4:05, they hadn't even made the order yet. So she waited about 20 minutes for them to make our order. By the time she got home, the fries were already cold and almost inedible. Both of our sodas were completely flat and we couldn't drink them. My wings were not hot but more room temp and the wings and sauce tasted like they came straight from Schnucks wing bar. My wife ordered a sandwich which she said wasn't bad but her fries were also cold. She also ordered a side of vegetables and they proceeded to give her almost three pounds of carrots and celery.
We will not be coming to this location again. The only thing I would give this place 5 stars is the ranch.
My first time trying this place and had to ask the cashier what’s good and she was so helpful into making our decision. The wings she suggested were good. A little over cooked but it was good. I will be going back to try the rest of the menu.
Modest selection of flavors. I'd like to have slightly beefier chicken wings and more sauce on them. For me the seating area could be about twice as big, but it looks like most people treat this as takeout. It was our first time at one of these. They do online orders ahead of time if you want quicker service. I do like you can refill your own drinks at your own pace. Fries are similar to 5guys, but without all the salt; in fact it's no salt so you might need to bring your own.
Last night, I went to Wing Stop to pick up dinner for my family, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The line was long, and some considerate customers in front of me suggested I go ahead to place my order. When I reached the counter, the worker informed me that the wait would be about 30 minutes. I was perfectly fine with that and ready to order, but then she told me I had to place my order online. This made no sense—why should I have to order online when I’m standing right there, willing to pay in person? I expressed my confusion, but instead of addressing my concern, she went to the kitchen, possibly to speak to a manager, and never bothered to come back to me.
This kind of service is not just inconvenient; it’s downright unacceptable. I understand that they might have been busy, but ignoring a customer standing in front of you is a poor way to handle it. Frustrated, I decided to leave and get food elsewhere where they value their customers and provide actual service.
I hope the owner or management reads this and takes action to improve their service. If this is how they treat customers, they’re bound to lose more business.
Their wings are absolutely delicious ???? I especially love the mango habenero because they have flavor to them! Most places I've tried that flavor it feels like they are very focused on the heat so it doesn't get a mango flavor at all. This place balances heat with ensuring you get good flavor with it.
The fries are also delicious and pair well with the wings!
Normally I do the 15 wings with two flavors, sometimes three but often I just do the two. That with fries and a drink combo fill me up easily for awhile!!
Nothing but lazy people working there. I can understand a busy night but to be waiting over a hour just for fries is completely unacceptable maybe if the crew wasn’t standing around laughing and actually tried to do their job they’d be able to get some fries done I’ve given this store chance after chance but tonight was my last time it’s very obvious upper management doesn’t care about their customers I’ll be sure to let everyone know never to come here again everyone should be ashamed of themselves
Visiting from out of town and needed some wings! We were hesitant to place an online order based on other reviews, but we did it anyway. Placed the order through the app and was given an estimated pick up time of 27 minutes. We had a 10 piece wing combo with drink and fries, a 15 piece wings, a large order of celery, and another drink.
When we got there, our order was ready. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Made our drinks at the self serve Coke machine, and went back to the hotel. Our order was correct and the wings still steaming hot! The only ding here was over cooked fries. Overall, we had a nice experience with this Wing Stop in O'Fallon.
Save your money and TIME and don't come to the Shiloh, IL location! The promise time for my order was 4:46pm. I didn't get out of there with my food until 5:29pm. If you people were skipping my order then I just won't be back. They were so messed up in there that I guess they had to offer "free drinks" to SOME people. I will report you to your corporate office. If they're anything like this location, then I guess I shouldn't expect much! This is what I get for supporting local business. To my fellow Veterans, I caution you on coming here!!
