What can I say about the incompetence here. Ordering well done fries seems to be the Achilles Heel of Wingstops everywhere, but when the manager looks you right in the eye and says "that's the best we can cook them", while showing her a droopy, inedible fry that's not even hot, what can you do but wonder what kind of training they get on proper cooking techniques. It's not rocket science, just 30-60 seconds more and there you go, crispy fries. And the fact that I was waiting for my order and they gave it to me right away is a tell as well, how they heck they aren't hot??? It's always been hit or miss, mostly miss no matter the location. I had given up even trying and haven't eaten WS for a while, but new address, new office, new location and my staff wanted it so I figured if I ordered them correctly and checked when I picked them up it wouldn't be a problem. Boy was I WRONG! I was so upset not only at the poor quality of the food, but the poor quality of the manager who obviously didn't give a rats behind and went with a lame excuse that anyone can see through. She didn't get cussed out because there was an audience, but suffice to say this is my last visit to that location, or any Wingstop location. The $5 "gift card" they offered when I complained wasn't even enough to cover the two large fries that went into the trash. The wings were overdone as well, but most of them at least got eaten anyway. No more, ever! BDubs here I come!
I've had more than one bad experience at this location. I guess it's my fault for giving them another chance. The first time was pick up... the wings barely had flavor and the fries were cold. The next time on delivery... got delivered AN HOUR after the restaurant said the order was picked up. The third time, I never even received the delivery. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else!
Tried boneless wings and the new sandwich. They were so salty. I threw more than half of the foods away. They had no flavors, but tastes of salt… I don’t think I will buy Wingstop again after today…
They cooked like alive chicken. I saw the raw vein and blood inside of chicken thighs. I’m not a big fan of raw foods except for Sashimi and sushi. But thank you for giving me a new experiment! The raw chicken is incredible.. I felt like I was eating alive chicken very fresh blood and vein.
Out of all other wing stops I always come to this one because they always do me right! Never had issue with this location and the ladies upfront are friendly :)
This team was amazing! Everyone smiling and they were getting orders out super fast! Great Job Wingstop!
One of my favorite go to places for delicious comfort food. I tried a new flavor 'lemon garlic', it was as good as it sounds. Original Hot, Lemon Pepper, and Cajun seasoned fries and veggies rounded out the order. Covid protocols were in place by customers and employees.
Horrible. Fries were not edible. Took them back only to be given more lukewarm burnt looking fries. There was several fryer baskets with cooked chicken and fries sitting above the grease. There was NO sanitation grade posted anywhere. The tea did not have a time stamp on it. There were signs on the window claiming food is made to order, fresh fries and no heat lamps or microwaves yet that's NOT TRUE.
