My famiy and I recently visited Wingstop and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The restaurant environment was concerning, with garbage scattered everywhere and the drink stations in a nasty condition, covered in sticky, dry marks. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority.
What was even more concerning was the lack of professionalism from the manager. They not only showed no regard for customer service, openly yelling at employees in front of customers about petty issues like having too much cash in the drawer, but they also cursed and spoke badly about other managers, making it uncomfortable for customers, especially families with toddlers who shouldn't be exposed to such language.
The manager's attitude towards delivery drivers was appalling, treating them as if they were a nuisance to her job.
To make matters worse, when I reminded them that they were short on my order item, the staff in the kitchen were seen laughing and giggling, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing. The unsanitary environment, lack of professionalism from the manager, and disregard for customer service were unacceptable. I would not recommend dining at Wingstop based on this experience.
Gateway Area has gone down hill in the past few years.
Starbucks on the corner already pulled out and I noticed that other places are taking the lead and getting ready for the days of another empty strip mall.

On line order,
Waiting 25 minutes after notice on phone it was ready ,- No star.
They also don’t respond to any of their reviews, This tells me it’s either poorly managed , under staffed and/or they really don’t care. No-star.
And they don’t.
I don’t go anymore and after seeing other reviews it looks like others feel the same way.

I thought this would be tasty because it is promoted and loved by others. My experience is that it is SALTY. The salt is overwhelming all the aroma and spices. I can hardly enjoy the chicken. Even my fries were salty. The sauces given were also pretty average. I don’t get the hype.

Ordered bone in wings. Safe to say these were one of the wost tasting wings I've ever had. The original hot bone in wings were edible at best. The Louisiana rub and the Garlic Parmesan were dry and only tasted of oil. No flavor. Not to mention, the fries were soggy and flavorless. I think they forgot to add any salt... Disappointed.
Me and my partner went in to grab a bite and there was a young lady working the counter amazing service but it took quite awhile for our food to get out I’m not upset about that at all but the quality of the food should’ve been at least okay but it was unfortunately not very good at all I had ordered a chicken sandwich for the first time and I was eating and bit into a bone it was on top of my chicken patty rather than in which would have been a little less worse but not only that my partner ordered wings boneless and got all bone in they forgot his fries and mine were extremely soggy worse than they usually are not sure why the food keeps progressively getting worse get it together Wingstop and please make sure you are washing your hands and make sure to remind your coworkers I seen a few things like touching hair then touching the food and more
Find it easier to order online and pick up in store. The time it takes to order before leaving the house, we often don't have much of a wait while we're there. Parking is easy. This location takes a lot of to go orders.
Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I think you should remove this item from your menu. I never complain and this was straight up, awful. If I could post pictures of it, I would but I can’t. Trust me, when I say it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ordered in the last 10 years.
I’m usually quite forgiving, I work in the industry.
3 minuscule pickles on a 4” bun, dry as the Sahara with maybe a teaspoon of bbq? Sauce and the chicken was “powdery???”
It was absolutely disgusting.
I picked up some wings last night and they were so dry & didn’t even have any mild sauce on it the meat was also hard. I also got two orders of corn and the corn tasted like it had gone bad . The texture and the flavor was just off!
