I love coming to this wingstop location, it’s very convenient for me since it’s a block away from my home. It’s always clean and everything is always nice and stocked. The customer service is always on point! The cashier Cesar was very polite and promptly took my order. Over all great experience and the cooks had my wings out in a very timely manner! I will definitely continue coming!
Had an amazing experience at this Wingstop! Cesar, the front cashier, was incredibly friendly and made the ordering process a breeze. The wings were delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Great service and great food—highly recommend this location!
I dont go to Wing Stop often,but Cesar at the front was very informative, patient,and polite. With this kind of service I and bound to return once again. Food was excellent. Wings not too dry and fries not over seasoned... everything was as I requested. Thank you Cesar!
I love coming here, every one is always friendly and prompt with my food order. I drive 20 minutes to this location because of their outstanding customer service.
Visited 9-15-24. all 3 of my family members including me had horrible stomach pain immediately after eating our sandwiches. Whatever the crew is doing in the back please do better. Will not be returning.
I came in 29 July 2024 and Valeria was my host and we were four people all of them ordered chicken wings except me. I ordered one in. And then I realized that my order was not correct. I went back to her and she said all of you all ordered boneless that does not make sense. It’s not acceptable and not fair. If I ordered something it has to be whatever I ordered. I respect that there is mistakes, but there is no reason to include my friends in my order because we all pay separate so that was not cool from Valeria. From here, she was kind of rude and ignored me. I will never come back to this branch again.
I placed an order that was supposed to be delivery and came out as carry out. As soon as I received email confirmation I called the restaurant 15 TIMES to be able to cancel or make the adjustment on my order. THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. Now I’m without money or food. I am not able to pick up order because I don’t have a car, and cannot leave kids home alone. What is wrong with these people? I NEED MY MONEY BACK
Cesar @ the front cashier was really attentive, polite, & patient while I ordered. Will be coming back fasho because the food here is delicious
