It's not inedible, but just barely.
First, they need to fix the ventilation in there. I could see plumes of smoke coming out of the fryer, and it had filled the place with the vent above it barely doing anything.
Second, they need to let the stuff drain after it comes out of the fryer. The whole lower bun of my chicken sandwich was soaked with oil.
Third, their lemon pepper doesn't taste like lemon, or pepper. It's like salty lemon scented cleaner. The smell is awful.
I will say the people working there were nice, and had my order ready right away. The service part of the transaction was great. I just wish their food was anywhere near decent.
The celery and carrots are good though. Those are the only food I would recommend at this place.
Me and my boyfriend went to wingstop because usually I love it but last night when we went I spent almost 60$ and I do every time I go. This time I don’t know if the chicken sandwich was raw or if something was in the chicken…but it did not look pleasant and he also couldn’t even BITE THROUGH the chicken it was just hard. I’m going to leave a picture if you don’t like looking at chewed food scroll lol.
This Wings stop is very clean and the service is great and fast. Hopefully they post their name on the plaza announcement pillar because is kind of hidden from everywhere else. Thank you.
Wingstop is one of my favorites. This one is skimpy with the sauce, though. Usually, the wings have plenty of sauce, and some left over on the bottom. The extra seasoning on the fries seems light, too.
Delivery of same order 3 times. The 16.99 boneless wings with large fries. 1st 2 times my food was fine. 3rd order you guys skipped on the sauce. You must keep consistency with your food. Thats why people return.
2 employees stated that they refuse and will not make drinks for delivery orders. Drivers can do or cancel. Their words. Twice in one day 5 times now at this location.
I ordered pick up on the Doordash app. My FIRST time going to pick my food up, they did not give me my receipt nor my 2 orders of fries. I went back to the store less then 5 minutes later and explained the issue. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes, I made the mistake of trusting the employees. When I got home, I had 1 order of fries, and an order of bone in wings. They had the opportunity to fix the mistake and failed. I will never be going back.
Hardly any sauce on the wings, hardly any dry rub. Fries were cold and soggy. Whoever is making the food here sucks! Rick Ross would be very disappointed in this location!
