It's a little pricey for what amounts to chicken tenders, that being said they're really tasty! We got the 30 pack boneless wings combo, they're decently sized (2 adults and a 10 and 12 year old were satisfied even before we got to the fries) and the sauces are top notch. The loaded fries are also great.
This location has consistently good food and service. I always get the 5 tenders with fries and drink combo meal and it never disappoints. Generous amount of sauce as well!
This is my favorite Wingstop! They hit it out of the park every.single.time. There are other Wingstops that are closer to my house than the Elyria one, but it is worth the drive for me. The workers are always friendly, always hardworking. I think it can be easier to get away with things sometimes while working at a chain or widely known restaurant, but the workers here really put effort into what they do. I know it’s a hard job and I appreciate that effort greatly from them. I went to another Wingstop in the general area once to pick up my to-go order and they had the door locked and the workers were all in the back trying to make us customers outside leave. If my order had not already been paid for on the app, I would’ve left without waiting and the whole thing became incredibly awkward. I went to a newer one in the general area and the fries were soggy/not crispy whatsoever. When the fries are half the meal and I get takeout when I don’t feel like cooking but had to go home and finish the fries, that’s kinda hard for me to get over. The food always slams here and the wait times are correct. Always. I love that they have the freestyle coke machine, a lot of them don’t. I have never had one bad experience here. If I’m getting Wingstop, I’m coming here. I have not found any other Wingstops in driving distance that delivers consistently on both food and service.
My only suggestion is put out a tip jar or if there is one and I’m mistaken, maybe put something bright on it to make it more visible! Working at Wingstop seems like a grind and I would love to show my appreciation to those doing the grind.

I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart and want you to know that the food was excellent. Thank you so much for preparing your chicken with such care and pride, we got so many compliments on the food. I let everyone know where I got it and told them that you were very reasonable and conscientious about the order and highly recommended to my friends. Several people also commented on the ranch dipping sauce specifically, and said it was the bomb!!
Our family personally loves to order from Wingstop because you put such care into your food and the orders. And it shows! Keep doing your thing, we will always support!
Per usual the food was very good. My experience and the restaurant was pleasant. The host greeted me with a good smile. The people in the back were cheffing up the food per usual.
Ordered our food via mobile. Got 2 orders of 20 boneless wings (garlic parmesean, lemon pepper, hawaiian) said it was going to be 16-20 mins. I go in to get the food after 25 minutes, and was told they still needed an extra 10 mins to finish. Get the food home, only to find out they gave us only 20 boneless wings.
Girlfriend calls them up to let them know what happened, and she could hear the manager yell that they did not mess up the order, but was going to remake the order for us. Got the second order of food, only to find out they gave us hot and spicy wings instead of the Hawaiian like we asked.
Fries were really good, wings were meh. Probably never ordering there again
Bathrooms were disgusting with trash on the floors and the doors were black from not being cleaned. We were there around lunchtime with no other customers in the building. Tables were not wiped down and employees were sitting on the counters and in office cars playing on their phones.
I usually order for pick-up their combo prices are just right 2-3 times a month.
