This is the best Wingstop I've ever dined at. The food is always fresh and delicious. The customer service at this location is outstanding! The new manager is so polite and truly knows how to take care of the guests and ensures that you are receiving the best quality food. I like that my order is always correct and my the fries are always fresh. 1,000% recommend visiting this location!
I have been here a few times and had never had anyone ask at our table if the food was good. This evening, we had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the manager. I hope spelled his name, correct? He was very welcoming, polite and introduced himself to every table. Our food was done exactly as asked. So I wanted to relay this to anyone who reads these reviews.. owner if you read this take care of this guy and his workers. The flow of work was busy as every Friday but the environment was inviting and not caotic
Absolutely delicious took a little to get our food but so worth the wait because they were very fresh and on point!! Perfect little meal before we hit the road back to Tucson wish the wing stops in Tucson showed more dedication to their customs the way the manager treated us, he came to our table to see how our food was and if we needed anything else spectacular customer service thank you Maricopa Wing Stop ????????
If I want wings or tenders this is one of the two places I'll go in town. I love the seasoned fries, but yes, they are salty, I don't eat fries often but when I do, that's exactly what I want. I've never had dry chicken there and I'm picky about that. They're always busy when I go and there's a good reason for that but they've never screwed up my order either, so they're already ahead of almost every other place in town. This is on my top 3 list when I don't feel like cooking.
Ordered in the app and was given an estimate of 15 to 20 minutes. It ended up taking 1 hour 5 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo and 15 wings with fries ???? The food was pretty good, but can't say that I will be coming back to this location.
This particular Wingstop has certainly taken a turn for the worse. What used to be a reliable spot for a satisfying meal has become increasingly disappointing. Over the past year, I've noticed a decline in both food quality and customer service, which is disheartening given my previous positive experiences here.
Today, I opted for the 20-piece boneless wing meal deal, only to find it fell far short of expectations. The order was nothing more than mediocre. The employees carelessly tossed ketchup packets and napkins into our open container of fries, a hygiene oversight that is particularly unsettling in the wake of the pandemic. Additionally, the so-called boneless wings resembled more like nuggets in size, a far cry from the quality one would expect.
Overall, this experience was absolutely dreadful. It's a shame to see such a decline in what was once a dependable establishment.
My Favorite Place!! I go here for my birthday every year and when I have something to celebrate! I love the workers and the food!
CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING! REPEATED BAD QUALITY! Ordered online at 4pm for wings extra crispy to he picked up at 445. AT 515 i was driving back to the location as nothing was extra crispy. They offered to remake and said would be 6 minutes to get out. They came out quickly....JESUS THEY WEREN'T EVEN EXTRA CRISPY ON THE RECOOK. I HAD TO GET A REFUND. CHRIS GM in store apologized offered to make free etc etc....you people are messing up people's dinner plans and evening schedule. At 535 I'm finally walking out of here without food and a REFUND. THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE OPERATED BUSINESS I WILL NOT GIVE ANOTHET OPPORTUNITY TO FAIL.
