This has always been our absolute favorite location to go to because they always get our order right and have good service. Really disappointed that the automated robot phone system is being used now. I called to order snd the machine got the wrong flavors, so I corrected it and got a different machine voice which then repeated my order back correctly but once I got my order snd got home the flavors were wrong and I was missing a ranch. I’ve had this experience with every other location that uses the robot machine. This is the first time theyve ever gotten our order wrong.
I just want to take a moment and say that Betty is awesome!! I came to Wingstop today after service and placed an order to eat here, but as I was waiting on my food I saw how busy and chaotic it seemed so many orders. However, as I sat there I watched Betty handle every person with a smile and how she multi tasked between helping the people coming in and the people who were already there and she always cleaned while she was giving orders and putting in new orders. She seemed genuine and seems to really enjoy what she does.
Louisiana Rub barely has the seasoning on the wings. I asked the cashier to see if he can give me a side of the seasoning so I can put it on the wings. Told that there will be a charge for that. I don't mind paying extra if the wings were seasoned properly, but they were not, so I don't think j should pay extra. Picture attached.
Fries were 3 cooking levels, obviously they are cooking the leftovers over and over, hard to believe this restaurant still in business after all the bad reviews, bunch of idiots on the kitchen...poor quality on food and service
You need to go back to answering the phone. Your automated robot that answers and takes orders is really bad. I placed the order and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there there was no order ever placed. The staff just giggled about and said I needed to place the order again. Defeats the the whole point of ordering ahead.
Excellent customer service here at wing stop and Rosalyn took great care of me! Food was excellent and the hospitality phenomenal!!
Very busy on the weekends. Popular name with many different varieties of ???? Wing sauces. Dine in or to go and delivery. Shared parking. Location in the food business center
This place takes your money without giving your food. 3 times I asked the manager not to cwll me ma'am. I am a man. So she is not intelligent enough to comprehend when someone says they are not an female. I asked for her manger she claimed to be the district manager and she hung up. Never eat here or any wing stop. Plenty of other wing places
