I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN ! They stole my money ! I ordered food from here on 9/2/24. I waited an hour after my order was supposed to be ready to receive my food . Only to receive it with not a single drop of sauce . They literally LITERALLY served me NAKED COLD WINGS. Thank god I checked my food before I left and went home ! I IMMEDIATELY took my food back inside and requested a refund ! The shift lead on duty MOISES ALVEREZ stated he could not give me a refund because only the store manager has authorization to do so. Then he proceeded to take a picture of my in store receipt (which he refused to give me a copy of) and sent it to the store manager for my refund . Needless to say my refund was not entered and the payment was cleared from my bank ! I tried calling his location several times and the phone just rings and no one picks up ! This location is terrible and THIEVES! IF I DONT RECEIVE MY REFUND I WILL BE SUEING THIS LOCATION! They took my money and I didn’t receive my food !

I love wingstop but lately just like everywhere else the just hiring anybody restaurant had ants and huge soda stains sticky floors and just a mess. Second only one employee knew English I had got 2 other employees and they gave me deer in the headlight look until I spoke Spanish but please while you here learn English not throwing shade but someone non-Spanish speaking will get frustrated. Next in my pics I posted the new promo for 2024 hotbox it was ok but not what I wanted compared to last years hotbox, which was amazing I posted a pic of that promo please bring it back this one not hitting. Just be aware in case you wanting last years hotbox like me
I want to start by highly recommending this Katy location Wingstop. I recently visited, and my order was made incorrectly! I went back the next day... and the district manager, Jesus, made me feel heard, and remade my order! I really appreciated him making me feel like my hard earn money mattered to their business! The staff is pleasant and the restaurant is clean! Go and get you some wings from the Katy Blvd Wingstop!!
The only reason I gave this location 4/5 is because they did not answer the phone when I called to make my order to go, I had to call a few times and wait a few minutes before someone answered. But it happens, the customer service was nice. The wings and fries were very good, the ranch was good aswell. My order was correct and I would recommend this location.
I ordered one of the boneless wing deals so that I could eat the wings for about 2-3 days to save money. I ordered online and the approximate time for the food to be ready said 20 min at the most. So I went to go pick up my food 25-30 min after I ordered. They hadn’t even started on my order yet, they said they got confused because there were two orders with my first name on them. (Jenn is a common name) They didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me. They went ahead and started on my order it only took them about 10 min to have it completed so I didn’t complain in person because they fixed it pretty quickly. One employee (who didn’t seem very courteous btw) opened the box of wings and showed them to me, they looked good, I told them thank you and there was no response. Then I get home and half of the pieces tasted chewy and they could’ve added more sauce. I have had restaurant and retail jobs in the past so if anyone is understanding when comes to that kind of work, it’s me, I normally don’t complain but felt like I had to.
Man! @Wingstop what’s going on with yall fries, it’s like you cook it in week old oil. Based off my order, I order the nice yellowish fries on left but I got the darkest fries you can prepare! What’s up with that!?
This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever been too . My fries were barely warm upon receiving it . The wings I had were gummy and not crispy at all . The chicken had a smell to it like it wasn’t fresh , were completely drowned in sauces . On top of that they refuse to take your order after 11:30 despite calling .
Update 11/3/24
This wing stop location always have feathers on their chicken . I couldn’t even eat my order . They also never do it well done for me like requested . I ordered on DoorDash not paying attention that it was this location , the food made me sick to my stomach . Wings was not crispy .
