Ordered 50 boneless wings and got TINY chunks, and it took 2 hours for the order. Got home and the fries were cold and soggy, I understand it takes time to make food but this was unacceptable. That long I could make a 5 course dinner with dessert and still have leftovers.
Ordered 40 boneless wings, i was missing wings I guess they were upset cause they had to do their job late, this is how I received them no sauce, some burnt pieces terrible quality. I guess since everyone is in the oilfield around here, you really do get the bottom of the barrel working at these establishments. Trash!!
I been to other wing stop locations and their service is fast. But this location their service is say the least not good.. I ordered online thru Uber app because I didn’t want to go out and drive.. The Uber driver arrived and couldn’t find my order and has to cancel. I called the store and they said they found my order and it will be ready, another Uber driver came and try to pick up my order and has to cancel again because they couldn’t find my order. I have to cancel my order after waiting for 40 mins and still my order is not ready. Everytime I call the store they saying my order is ready to pick up.
Well didn't read the reviews, boy ole boy I so should have. This isn't a friendly place by no means. Cashier was rude and send very annoyed for some unknown reason. We wait 35 mins for our food as told due to the crowd they had, so we were ok with that. So here it is 35 mins later and we finally get our food.. We were so hungry and we sat down to eat and first off or order was wrong. Very upset from the start. Fries in the pic as you can see we do salty we couldn't eat them. The wings were not so good. All I can say is do not make the mistake we did read the reviews at the restaurant you go to it does matter. This one is one of the worst places we've been to since we've been here. Do your homework it will help you in the long run. But for my advice don't eat here.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat from there because they had an hour and a half wait. Maybe that’s not entirely their fault. I’m guessing their food must be great though since that happened.
I was studying at OHS and we went out to eat with friends and our order had some cockroaches in it. None of the food was touched. The store manager looked at them and said that we had to make a report to the corporation. They never helped us. $90 in the trash.
I ordered food and the dasher completely messed with my food so I called wingstop and they told me they’d remake my food and that I just have to come in and get it myself, when I got there they said my order wasn’t even in the system and I didn’t even get reimbursed.
I placed an online order at 7:27 pm and was given a 62 minute wait time (which I was fine with). When we showed up we were told it would be another 2 hour wait because they were still working on orders from 2 hours ago. People dining in had to walk out with no food because of the long wait in there also. Had to call and cancel my order because they couldn’t do it In store for me. Would not recommend this place the workers have no organization or urgency to do their job.
