Most of the time when I come here the customer service is good. Friendly people. Aside from service the food quality is horrible. Most of the time the fries are soggy, I ask for well done & extra seasoning & don’t get it. The chicken is super dry & in the corner of my plate, is a gumball size boneless chicken wing. YES, they counted that little thing as a wing. Rip off.
I ordered original hot wet and the wings were swimming in sauce. Good pick up service and the wings are bigger than they used to be which is nice. I spilled sauce all over my jeans though so that kind of sucks . The fries were cold as well
Very good and fast service I ordered for take out they had it ready as soon as I got there which was 15 min nice and hot????
Holy, it’s so so good, I love coming here for the wings they are so good I love them so much and I mean it, today I did take out which is weird cuz I usually dine in but regardless it was amazing as usual
Great phone customer service from Lillian and in person she was very courteous when confirming our order. We were coming from a graduation late on Wednesday and she made our celebration dinner that much easier. thank you for excellent customer service.
First time at this Westside location. I was very impressed by the service, customer service, very clean, hard working staff. I placed the order to go. The only problem I had was that I ordered a tea for myself, not knowing that the order I placed came with a drink. So when the employee at the counter asked me “ do you have your drink”? I said yes, which was my tea. My son didn’t get his drink. No one’s fault, she did ask me, but she didn’t know I had ordered a tea and didn’t know she was referring to the drink the order comes with. No problem.

this place is great an all but better off at maybe a better location. our second time returning to this location the orders never tend to be ready when they say, waited 45 minutes for cold food.. very unfortunate and the girls at the counter are friendly but don’t really help to much. ☹️ didn’t catch the managers name but she was rude & making our wings they were sitting in the bowl and just tossed them. sad because i was excited to give this place another try.
First time ordering from this location. Asked for well done. The wings were not well done still kind of soggy. Also it was recently my birthday and Wingstop sent me a coupon stating that I can get a basket of fries for free but this location didn't want to give me the fries because I didn't print out the coupon. It's Covid why would you want a piece of paper? I will try one more time. After the 2nd time if my wings don't come out right I will be looking for another location.
