Lashauna was the SWEETEST! She greeted me as soon as I came into the door and was ready to service me right away! Love this location cause not only is it down the street from my house but the service and environment is always so clean and welcoming!
I visited Wingstop with a friend tonight to order some wings shortly before closing—around 15 to 20 minutes before. As we approached the counter, the employee with long dreadlocks informed us that if there were any online orders, we should leave. When I inquired about ordering online, he confirmed it wasn’t an option, which I appreciated. However, when I asked if we could still place an order, I noticed a few cooks in the back laughing, which made the situation feel awkward. While I didn’t take their laughter personally, it might have deterred other customers from feeling comfortable.
The primary employee clarified that if we ordered, our order would be ready past closing. I understand that Wingstop has a closing time and appreciate that they want to manage their workflow effectively. To enhance the customer experience, it could be beneficial for the staff to communicate more clearly about final order times or consider locking the doors when they’re no longer accepting orders.
I truly enjoy the food at this location, but tonight’s customer service experience didn’t align with the professionalism I’ve come to expect, especially in a dynamic midtown neighborhood. I hope that with additional training, the staff can create a more positive atmosphere for customers so that future experiences are as enjoyable as the food.
The young lady at the store front was very pleasant. I placed my order online for voodoo fries which was an upgrade to my combo. They were out of cheese so she offered an extra cup of ranch. I declined and she was able to refund the upgrade charge. Thank you so much for your kind service !
Food Review: I orders the lemon pepper chicken. Chicken sandwich was a 8/10 honestly. It had slight after taste, not sure if it the grease or actual chicken. Everything else in my combo was ???????????? it was about was about $8.00 ‼️
The host Jacobs was so pleasant and greeted me with a smile upon walking in. She was very helpful when recommending the new food flavor which I appreciated. Out of all the Wingstops I’ve been to this is the best service I’ve received. Definitely will be back. For service alone I’d give more stars if I could.????

Just called in and spoke to Lea ( Manager) in regards to our experience with our food from Friday evening. The wings were UNDERCOOKED!!!!! they were PINK. I called in and they said to drive thew food back up to the location???? excuse me? Let me understand this correctly you want me to drive my food and inconvenience myself and my family when YOU made the food undercooked. We also asked for extra fry seasoning and received NONE. The fries were also undercooked and soggy. This has to be an absolute joke. Im not one to complain however I am quite frankly BLOWN away at this level of customer service. I called the next day and Lea called the District manager and I refused to give me a refund and said that they needed the food back in order to give a refund, then when I agreed to have the food remade at a later date ( which she gave me that option initially as well as a refund) I was told they are not going to remake it either. hence I did let them know I would be writing a review so that may be why they decided to not remake the food either. n
STAY away from this Place!!!!!
Lea this is the best! This was a first time coming to wing stop and she offered great recommendations on flavors to try which i loved. She deserves a raise!!
