Before they got popular years ago they where good. Had it delivered (should have known better) i expected the fries to be cold whichcwasnt the problem. The wings where more dry than my current dead-end girlfriend i even called in before cooking to ask for them wet he said that's extra when i get there, I said I'll pay by phone cause they are delivered he said sorry your out of luck ( 1st wingstop I've known to charge for (wet)........ this wing stop sucks ass and so does the guy that took my order!
I called my order in. I’m on a quick lunch break because I work from home. The girl who answered told me that my did should be ready in 20 minute, but the fries they can’t make until I get there. I thought that was odd because the wings will be fresh but the fries won’t? Silly. She told me not worry they would just make my fries so I don’t have to wait once I get there. Plus isn’t the whole point of ordering before you get there is so it’s ready? Well, I get there and they lied. They had me to sit and wait for them to make fries while my wings got cold. Incompetent
I placed on online order, first time stopping by this wingstop since I was on that side of the city. When I got home and open up my order we found a wing that still had feathers. I understand it's chicken and sometimes even at the store you might find a small feathers on a chicken but this was still full with big feathers, they could of just removed that wing and dispose it. My food did not looked appetizing at all. I tried to upload a picture but it won't let me. So you all can see what I am talking about
I had a disappointing experience at Wingstop. The food was subpar, and it took an unusually long time to get my order. What made the visit even worse was the service. The Asian lady at the counter was incredibly rude and actually raised her voice at me when I asked a simple question. I won’t be returning, as the poor service really overshadowed the mediocre food.
rude asian old lady, i had to ask her to repeat herself due to her broken English and not being loud enough, she was super rude to me and even to at a point where a young lady had to stand up for me and tell her to calm down being rude to me. Had a terrible experience i wouldn’t come here again. I feel rude saying this but just wanted to tell me experience.
Went to this wingstop last night and let’s just say I will be emailing corporate and all General managers so this can be brought to
somebody’s attention and won’t stop till I get an email back and see some improvements. Me and my family came in around 9:50pm and one of the wingstop employees was already closing down their dine in area asking buying customers to move so she can clean but they don’t close until midnight?? I know they close down the dine in area early so they leave early which is very stupid they had 2 more hours till close? The restroom was also unavailable do to them blocking it off I let the white boy in the front know I needed to throw up and all he said was “I already cleaned them” mind yall it’s 10:40pm no where near 12pm ( the first picture was taken at 9:59 and the second picture was taken at 10:27) I also have a video of the white boy telling me he already cleaned the restroom.
This Wingstop is so bad and rude it’s a mess everywhere food is undercooked if you ask for a simple cup of water that usually is given for free they give you a rude sarcastic attitude and mock you and laugh the staff members are on there phone or conversations with each other would not reccemend and give 0 stars if I could also got sick off there food ranch and blue cheese is spoiled when given to me
This location has the WORST service! They advertise deals but when you call to make the order over phone they tell you that you have to place the order online, they don’t have all the flavors listed online. when I told the person on the phone she said oh you can just place the order then call us back to change the flavors. I placed the order it didn’t give me confirmation but it drafted my account. called them back as was advise and she said they didn’t have the order and that it would take 24-48 hours for it to go back to my card. I said well can I just order over the phone since I am having a problem order online she said no you have to order online for the special. I said so I have to risk losing another 40.00? I asked why are they making people order online when the one in humble had no issues taking the order over the phone she said of because they are owned by different people! Now I am out 40.00 bucks and driving to humble to get wings because Aldine mail Rt location refuses to take the order over the phone.
