We waited at least 30 minutes. The place should have run a lot smoother and been clean with the amount of employees they had working. I had to ask the cashier if my order was ready because people who ordered after me were getting their orders, and I was the only table sitting waiting for my order. We did not receive any of our sides, fries, corn etc., and we paid for these items. The establishment was very dirty. It did not seem that the workers had been trained properly on how to do their jobs.
If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start…..? Food - trash. Service - Absolute trash. Atmosphere- trash. This place had so much potential to be great. They need to fire the entire staff & bring in a whole new crew. Preferably people who don’t operate like drugged out zombies. Clearly whoever the franchise owner is doesn’t care about their business and lacks the capacity to understand how to successfully operate a business. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
Usually pretty decent food, but be sure to check your order. Ordered traditional medium hot wings and got garlic parmesan. Not generally a huge deal breaker but i was home by the time i saw it. No sticker decal on container either. Threw them out because i don't eat parmesan. This was my fault but be sure to look at your order before you leave.
May be the worst fast food place I have ever experienced. I can’t even begin to tell you how awful the employees, service, and food is. One particular employee was a woman who was clearly on drugs. One order of wings had no sauce at all while the other was dowsed in about a gallon of it without being tossed. I have never left a google review before. Ever.
Walked in 45 minutes after I placed an order, told the employee my name, she looked at the orders on the shelf then went back to the kitchen to look for my order, I assume. 45 minutes go by and no one asks me my name again. No one even acknowledges me. I finally get frustrated, ask another employee to check on my order.
IT WAS ON THE SHELF THE ENTIRE TIME! No apology, no offer to remake my $33 order, no one admitted to being the manager when I asked for one, no refund. Went home with cold wings and rock hard fries.
Waited 45 minutes inside the store to pick up a call in order. Told woman my name first thing when I walked in. Turns out it had been sitting there getting cold the entire time we waited. Over $30 of cold food and no offer of a refund or to remake the food. Happy Birthday to me, huh? Worst experience of picking up food in my life!
Pretty bad service. Waited nearly an hour for my order. When I arrived and told them my name, they ended up dropping my order down…
I highly suggest you guys wait til this location rehires a new staff, management included as well.
Had my meal delivered received the wrong order. Called 6x for the phone to be answered and hung up in my face.
I will not EVER order from here i spent entirely to much money to be ignored and receive the wrong food.
