Ordered online through the wingstop app. Unfortunately, the food was subpar.
Boneless wings extremely dark and way too crispy. Forgot all of the ranch that was supposed to come with a wing combo and the boneless wing/tender special.
Voodoo fries came in their regular fry boat, soggy, under-seasoned and barely any ranch on those.
I gotta give a shoutout to the person at Wingstop for hooking me up with a remake on my fries during my Togo order. They were totally cool about it, and the fresh, hot fries were on point. Thanks a million for making it right.
I was worried about the reviews but I really wanted some good wings and fries so I gave it a shot and I can say… It did not miss! I got boneless wings and voodoo fries they were crispy with the sauce and the fries were spicy my nose was running but that’s how I know it’s good. Minor bonus points because my uber eats delivery driver was fine. Will order again thank you ????????
I placed an online order and got 15 wings. I asked for extra crispy wings and the wings came out perfect! The order said it would be done in 20 mins I got there early and my order was already ready. I’ll definitely be back!
There was an issue with my order my boneless wings were put all together in the same box I called the store and talked to the Manager Dexter and he immediately corrected everything Thank you for your excellent customer service skills ????
I enjoyed this first experience. The customer service was exceptional. I brought three meals for almost 60 dollars. I just think the quantity of the food wasn't there. The fries looked similar to a small or less on each 8 piece wing meal and 10. I asked for an extra sauce, which was 2 dollars. I just think for almost 60 dollars of food that shouldn't have been a problem. Nevertheless, the young lady who greeted us and placed our order was patient as this was my first time and helpful.
THE WERE HORRIBLE! First off, the hot wings had barely any sauce on them, the garlic parmesean had no garlic and were very bland. To top it off they forgot to put veggies in the bag. We spent 25.00 for nothing. I'm never going back. If I didn't live so far I would have taken them back
Like any place if you walk in off the street to order you're going to wait 10 to 15 minutes my weight was about 8 minutes I definitely will go back again very friendly customer service customers in the store or friendly and helpful.
