I really have to stop buying from this location. This is the second time they’ve gotten the order wrong. It’s either missing or they put something else. I ordered no boneless, they gave me boneless. I ordered a garlic Parmesan they didn’t include it and instead gave a barbecue flavor. So of the 40 pack I ordered, they gave me a wrong flavor, gave me boneless I didn’t order, and didn’t include the garlic Parmesan. Also, I came in 15 min before the scheduled pickup time just to check in and see how long it still take. You’re telling me you couldn’t double check the order?
Start things off, the floor feels nasty and looks nasty. Not sure how often they clean the floors but would not recommend eating for dine in. Second, the prices are now ridiculous, at the new prices you are best off going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I mean these wings aren’t fresh, you can see them dump them from a frozen bag as you wait for ur already over waited food to be cooked. Third, I got home 5 minutes later and my food was cold to the touch, like I don’t understand how you serve food cold, I would be embarrassed specially with four workers on duty ( I noticed only two actually working). Overall, this place use to be good now it’s not, it’s dirty nasty and the food is cold.
I ordered online, and the pick-up was quick and on time. Ordered the value meal of 20wings and came with fries and dips, was a good one.
Fries were warm, but on soggy side and no crunch.
Wings were good, tried the atomic, mango habenaro, original and lemon pepper.
Loved the mango habenaro, and my daughter loved the original. Lemon pepper did not have much lemon flavor, and it tasted sweet. Atomic was good but not my favorite from these four.
It’s been over a week and i still haven’t received my refund. I ordered my food at the restaurant and had to cancel within minutes due to an emergency. For some reason the kid at the register couldn’t refund me do he texted my receipt to someone. I hope you guys are not scamming people. If I don’t hear back soon I will be reaching headquarters.
Ordered online and 3 items were wrong. The wing that were right still had chicken feathers attached.
Poorly managed and operated. Can only imagine what goes unseen...
Super BAD service! I made a big order and couple things were missed. You better open EVERYTHING in the store and check if nothing is missing. I called to ask for a refund. And unfortunately, they have a stupid policy that you have to bring the whole order back to the store to get a refund, which makes NO SENSE at all. I asked to speak to manager, they refused. Never coming back.
Overall i love Wingstops food but the customer service is really poor. I asked for well done fries and the fries weren’t well done at all. The fries were actually cold. The wait times given over the phone and online are always incorrect. The real wait time is usually longer. The store itself isn’t very clean. Please improve customer service and wait times.
Their soda machine is definitely purposely set to not output a lot of syrup and every soda they have is disgusting. If it was one I would think it was just out of syrup, but it’s every soda so they are doing it on purpose to “water down” the soda and save money. Stupid tactic since I tried like 12 drinks and dumped them out cause they were all nasty.
