Ordered to go 8/14/2024. The cashier Wuanita was super nice and made sure she let us know about their specials and even suggested a few items. I love going places where the staff is super friendly and attentive. Thanks Wuanita and Wingstop!!!
Order delivery They canceled my order, but my order was still active. Two hours later went to get my refund. They wanted me to take the cold food. I requested a refund This was on July 13 2024. It is now September 4th and I still have not received my $90 refund that I’m owed.
The food is good like any Wingstop, the only issue I have here is the location is ALWAYS behind minimum of 10 minutes. I have eaten in and ordered online multiple times over the last few years, they have never been on time. If you order ahead for pickup and come at the time it said online expect an additional 15 minutes or more to wait in store.
Kiara helped me out with my order and was very patient with me as I don’t know the menu so we’ll she have excellent service and was very polite hard to find in todays services. She recommended ideas that were very delicious. I wish more people were like her in a order and get out type of world.
I ordered an online carryout special. Every single wing (20 pc. boneless) I got was dry and hard. It was the most disappointing $28 I've spent in some time.
The lady at the counter seemed depressed or angry or something when we arrived to pick it up but the location wasn't even busy when I walked in.
I dont think I'll find myself returning to this location.
We always order at this location unless we are out of the area, the service is always great and fast and the food is always great quality. I don't have any issues or complaints.
