I entered the place when I was very hungry. I ordered about four bites of boneless chicken. I waited a long time and the restaurant was not full, but it was worth the wait. Every bite was delicious and it felt like the chicken was high quality and not industrial, very worth it.
We’ve tried ordering online for pick-up several times and the food is never ready on time. After experiencing this a few times, we started waiting 30 minutes (eta is usually 15-20 minutes) before even leaving the house to go pick it up and lately they still tell us to wait an extra 10-15 minutes.
The staff isn’t very friendly or helpful either. They seem to prefer hiding in the kitchen and avoiding interacting with customers altogether if they can. Probably because they know your food isn’t ready. Make sure you get your drinks too, they always forget to give us those.
Food is tasty. Just save yourself the trouble and DoorDash it. You’re gonna have to wait anyway.
They typically take more time than what its worth and the wings weren't prepared properly. I waited too long for soggy wings with sauce not distributed evenly when I asked for them to be fried hard. Its frustrating to be stuck in there when they are adequately staffed, but the cooks are scrolling on their phones.
I’ve never had a great experience with this place. The wings are usually incredibly fried and hard. The fries are always too salty and limp. I order online for pickup and they often get something in my order wrong. Last night my brother picked us up some wings from this location. The food poisoning kicked in 30 min after we were done eating. Save yourself the pain and money, and just go somewhere else.
The table was filthy when I came in. My friend had to clean the table for us, meanwhile the cashier was just sitting on her phone and not doing a dinning room check.
My wings still had feathers on there , I would not recommend
Been here a good 10 times since moving to this area in July. The food is okay because they keep acting like saucing up my wings is coming out of their own personal paychecks. I want the buffalo sauce to actually be on the wings I pay at minimum $12 for!
My whole order was wrong
Fries were regular when asked for Cajun fries
Asked for garlic Parmesan got Lemon Pepper instead. Paid extra for all flats didn’t get alll flats. Chicken was not all the way cooked. I had called To complain about my order manager was very rude and I never received my refund
