I wanted to place an order, since they were taking a long time to serve me, I used the bathroom and an employee rudely told me that the bathroom was closed and it was 9:45 pm and then she came out saying that I had dirty the bathroom. I felt like I was a homeless person and It seemed to me that the employee was racist.
Probably one of the better wing stops around, they put you on hold and actually get back to you, don’t hang up on you, nor let it ring ignoring the call. The service is good and fast. They’re on top of their orders and don’t forget the extra sauce or anything ordered. I appreciate this place I don’t go to any in Carson because they’re horrible they hang up on you, ignore your calls, or sound just rude as if your bugging them for ordered. I literally drive the extra miles because I know my order will be done on time and my call will be answered even if I’m on hold for a bit.
Went in and ordered a bone in combo. After waiting for order was told that I ordered boneless. Cashier was rude and had an attitude. Offered refund so I took my money and business somewhere else.
I did a order online came in paid for my food. Waited for for 30mins I ask for my update they said 2 more mins I'm like ok. Waited few more mins ask me whats my name they find my food sitting there all this time I been waiting for it. I ask them it's been there ever since I got there they didn't bother making my order fresh instead they told me if I wanted a brownie ???? I'm like no thanks. Wait theres more...get home heat up my food in the microwave I open it up guess what I see alot of oil and salty. I'm very disappointed.
Literally the worst experience I have had with wingstop delivery first off my boneless wings are cold and hard second I ordered a large drink and it was literally half way full and the bread was rotten and lastly the most disgusting thing is the cup holder had baby roaches I threw it out my house i will never go to wingstop again
As a chicken wing lover we've all been around looking for the right wing, not even worried about the price, Am I right? Well, I found those perfect wings in wingstop . And they're conveniently near my home! Though I love wings I can't always eat them, they're pricey! Anyway, it's always a special very Special year for me to have them. It's been a minute but I finally had some today! Yaaay! I ordered my habanero mango, like always, so I take a bite and right away I'm bummed that it wasn't the same. For years, They have been consistent with the flavor and seasoned chicken inside. Folks, I know everything's price has gone up and other things have become smaller, (like mcD's cups) BUT, WINGSTOP STOPPED SEASONING THE ACTUAL WING?? I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THE ONLY SAVORY THING ABOUT MY WINGS WAS THE SKIN BECAUSE OF THE DELICIOUS SAUCE BUT THE MEAT TASTED PLAIN, NOT EVEN SALT ON THE MEAT. WHY NOT KEEP THE SAME RECIPE? NOW I'M GOING TO NEED TO FIND A GOOD CHICKEN WING PLACE. COMMON WINGSTOP!
Maybe it was a technical issue but I dare not spend good money trying to find out.
It was nice but I'm am done with with wingstop.
Showed up to pick up my food. 3 other people there before me waiting for a while already. Took me more than 20-30 minutes to leave with my food even though I pre-ordered online. Some issue with the management leaving to break without assigning staff to their system. The staff wasn't able to handle customers appropriately. It was just a bad mess with poor management and staff.. food was pretty cold when received. Should've at least been discounted for some of my meal. Also, managers name is Jatziry.
