Seriously. You guys have the dumbest employees I've ever seen. Get it together! Change management or CLOSE! Every single time I go there, they chronically get my order wrong. Asked for Boneless BBQ, they gave me bone in. Asked for the rest to be all flats, of course they're not. Extra well done fries, they look like they barely even cooked them. Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and it seems like they're brains heard less seasoning. From now on I will have to be that @$$ customer that has to open my food infront of them to have them take it back and remake it. Maybe some reading classes for the employees will help them better themselves.
This place is staffed with teenagers that space out and mess up my order every single time. I've just resorted to getting wings elsewhere for myself or if my family really wants Wingstop, I'll go to another location. I'm sure the kids mean well but it's just been too many times that they messed up the order. All that said, if you still go here check everything before you leave. They are very slow to react to customers too so you may have to keep on top of that. Good luck with them.
I had some concerns over my order. Manager Jay Lynn was extremely helpful and empathetic to my concerns. Great customer service. Food was amazing fresh and hot.
Was very disappointed with my service and experience. Waited well over an hour with my family for them to tell me that they didn’t have a ticket with my order. Then clearly saw them hand my order to another group of kids for free who had already received their to go order not dine in. The place had not even been cleaned where drinks had been spilled. Staff was very unprofessional. Do not recommend stoping at this Wingstop heard from people around that it is not the first time it happens. Did not even end up getting my order at the end of the day.
My order was ready an hour after the time i was told, 8:50 p.m.????
Horrible customer service. The children working there are frustrated and in a bad mood.
I asked the girl behind the counter,
"Where are online orders picked up?"
Her response, "Sir, all orders, everyone waiting here are online orders."
I kept calm.
They don't pay attention to what is being asked. They don't acknowledge customers that approach the counter.
They are poorly trained. I blame upper management for failing in training their employees.
Garbage customer service.
Due to the game 1hr wait and this is my second time ordering boneless and they come out very salty was not enjoyable at all. Sticking to Bone in.
that is not mango habanero, nor did it taste like it. do better :( . this was a simple 10 piece combo order, it did not have to be that difficult to make. im so sad now.
It was ok.. went to try their chicken sandwiches and as for my experience was not good. The bread was hard, dried. No Mayo, No Mustard just 4 Pickles I ordered the lemon pepper was just disappointed. You don't get full at all and fries were extremely salty. I wish they still had the potato salad have in mind this is NO chicfila they try but NOPE. You got no condiments so I ate the chicken by itself. I tried it with ranch dressing all it did was absorb it. Tried the nacho cheese just didn't give it justice. If that burger had a nicer presintation it taste better. But I won't eat that anymore and stick to their usual Wings with Bone... for a $8.99 +tax dry sandwich totally Not worth it. Sorry, Not Sorry
