I had an issue with the store regarding a cancelled order, Brandy made sure that I was taken care of and provided excellent service. Its hard to get that kind of service at other fast food restaurants but she made this situation something I could no longer dread and enjoy my food a little more
Zero stars if that was an option would definitely be mine. Avoid the disappointment and time here. Not worth it at all. I went to pick up my order and turns out my wings had no sauce whatsoever. I ordered Cajun and original hot half and half. And after voicing it to them they still someone else ask me what my sauce was. Meanwhile my fries are getting cold. I order hot food to eat hot food not cold. And nobody even acknowledge their carelessness, no apologies at all. Mngr looked like she went to the back and hide. One last thing I wasn't the only there missing sauce. Ain't no telling how many other was missing it. And from what I've read on these reviews seems like they can't get it together and been going on for a long while. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!! IF NOT IT WILL COST YOU MORE THEN IT SHOULD.
Terrible place. The restaurant says they close at midnight. This young girl refused service saying that they are closing when they still had 1 hour and a half of hours open. , Thumbs down.
Today I went into this wingstop at around noon and I have never had a more unsatisfactory and disappointing experience in any food establishment I have been to, I had ordered a 10 piece wing combo half lemon pepper and half original hot….the food there was outright horrendous and the service equally matched. I was appalled by how horrible the service I received from this store was and the food itself was utterly distasteful, for a store that praises itself with its supposed quality of service and dining I was entirely disappointed. This unfortunate interaction has led me to never set foot back into this wingstop location and I’d advise anyone else currently reading this review to do the same. As every other employee currently managing this store and the staff of the kitchen should truthfully not be working in this location for the poor quality of service and operations. The only exception was the kind cashier who attended to me after but apart from that I have never had to handle such an unfavorable experience at any other wing store and my word of advice to other reviewers is to hold your service elsewhere as this place is not up to standard for any restaurant at that matter. If I had the option to rate zero stars believe me I would.
I went in to place my order. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I went back to pick up my order 50 minutes later. I was laughed at by some young man at the register because they claimed they had given my order to some one else. I'm very upset and disappointed because this has happened at this location before. The entire time the young man DIBANHI was returning my money (that I demanded back) he was laughing in my face. I'm appalled and MIA that took my order stated they had given it to someone else because she repeated my order to them and they said it was theirs. I think this entire ordeal was very inhumane and whomever owns this franchise should hold this crew responsible.If DIBANHI Was the acting manager, than whomever owns this place should be ashamed to have hired someone of this character. Just shameful. I have never dealt with such a prompus a-s.
Zero stars if I could. Got a surprise in my food. I’m glad I saw it right away. Didn’t eat any of the food. Went straight to the trash ???? wish the establishment wa more careful. Avoid the disappointment and don’t eat here!!!!! Roach infested restaurant.
Had a delivery order tonight but we received the wrong flavor. We asked for garlic parm n received lemon pepper. We called and were told we had to drive to the store n return wings. There’s a reason we ordered delivery. Manager got on phone and he accused my us of lying when we offered to send a picture and to exchange the wings if they re delivered the correct wings. We were then told to wait until tomorrow. Ellington your customer service is terrible, you constantly interrupted and spoke over us, you accused us of lying and not once did you apologize. Your tone of voice showed you don’t care about your customers and can’t acknowledge y’all made a mistake. Y’all messed up we were not trying to steal from you, simply wanted what we paid for. Tony as the Owner or GM you need to read these reviews because Ellington’s name comes up more than once in a bad way and there are several terrible reviews. The food is good but I’m sure Ellington and his team are causing you to lose customers due to his poor lack of leadership skills. I would never ask someone be terminated but I think u need to look at who is helping and who is hurting your business.
