Best WLM Reviews
I just came in and picked up an order for me and my boyfriend and they left out 5 wings from our boneless meal deal (literally how does that even happen???) and when I called to say something about it they were SO rude to us on the phone. Acting like i’m lying for 5 wings ???? so incredibly unprofessional. won’t be m returning to this location
1st time customer looking forward to the next visit!!! Good food and EVERY EMPLOYEE was amazingly nice and helpful. Kudos to some good folks!!
Sherman, most of all, was nice to my Alabama Football loving husband when discussing tailgating.
Everyone at this location was great! I've never been to Wingstop before, and I asked them to recommend a sauce for me. The mango habanero and Korean barbecue were great! Will definitely stop by here again!
The wings weren't bad. The Cajun wings really weren't very hot and the garlic Parmesan was a joke. With the exception of the garlic parmesan wings the rest were good.
I called the store and asked them please don't forget to put pickle on my chicken sandwich and they still forgot the pickle. Come to find out it's been the manager the whole time messing up my food she's like well ma'am you ordered it plain yeah plain with no sauce if I wanted no pickle I would have hit that button. Plain means just no sauce. I'm missing 4 Ranch cups out my bag it's ridiculous I wish my doordash would pick up from Clinton Highway instead of Broadway
Customer service was very poor, and the manager I spoke to was rude. I’ve been a frequent at this location for a while but I will not be going back. I had an issue with an order that I was trying to resolve(first time ever) and I didn’t get a satisfactory outcome with it. They eventually told me to just come pick up the 5 wings they left out. But being made to feel stupid and like a liar by the staff, I’ve decided that they can just keep them. Save your money don’t go here.
I always head to Wingstop when I'm craving wings, and the Louisiana Rub is hands down my favorite. It's a flavorful, garlicky dry rub with just the right amount of heat that keeps me coming back. The wings are consistently crispy, and every now and then, I even get a couple of bonus pieces!
Really great Wingstop, better than some others I've been to. Food is great, staff is great to speak with, amazing communication and swift with orders whilst also backed up. Would 11/10 recommend
