One of the worst wing stops I’ve been to.. my family and I always seem to be disappointed with wingstop but we keep giving them a chance hoping they’ve hired some people that actually care about their job and providing good service. The staff there doesn’t know how to fulfill orders correctly, miss counting the flavors of wings, leaving off extra seasoning and the “well done” option for the fries.. why are you so stingy with the seasoning? Charge extra for extra seasoning if it’s a burden on the cost of the few spices that are in there. Why offer the option for “extra seasoning” and “well done” on the fries if it’s not going to be honored. And to top off our experience they had no straws… and a front counter employee with no customer service experience what so ever. Getting clearly upset at the fact that we bothered her by asking for a straw. My recommendation is Don’t waste your money here. Try East coast wings instead! You’re much better off.
I got charged $5.38 for 2 water cups. After asking about the transaction the worker just said that that was the policy for water. Never have I ever been charged for ordering water at a wing stop. On top of that she wasn’t friendly while we were ordering and definitely wasn’t friendly after I asked about the water. Also ordered fries well done and they were barely even done at all.
It is always a problem with this location, and I feel crazy for even coming back. The hour plus long waits when the online confirmation says it’ll only be a 20 minutes wait is absolutely absurd. There have been so many occasions I ordered from this location and my fries were left out, veggies were left out, or my chicken wasn’t even seasoned with the spices I ordered. Customer service…it doesn’t exist here. I spend about $40 every time I come to this location. Enough is enough. I just want my food, I want it right, and I want it done when it’s supposed to be done. I will no longer be keeping this location in business.
If 0 stars was an option this location definitely deserves it. By far this location is probably the worst location I’ve ever visited. I will typically visit the Burlington location from time to time hoping that something will change but I continue ending up wasting money. Today I requested my fries with extra seasoning, due to this location already not giving enough seasoning for the regular amount that comes with fries. To top the day off, they placed the ranch container at the bottom of the bag. You wouldn’t guess what happened…it burst open, making a mess and leaving me with little to no sauce. I understand all the negative reviews that are continually left about this location. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed.
Terrible Customer Service
I waited over 10 minutes to place my order because the female employee at the front was too preoccupied with online orders to acknowledge my presence. The lack of customer service was appalling. left without placing my order due to the complete disregard for in-store customers.
Wing Stop Burlington has been terrible every time I’ve ordered (three times, enough to give a newer biz a chance) until a few weeks ago. Got to-go; wings were good; order was correct. Silly me ordered WS on Uber Eats this evening. Four drivers assigned, my 10-piece combo was “wrapping up” for an hour. Finally got canceled. Y’all seriously need to close. How hard is it to get a wing combo ready? Please go ahead and send me the corporate link and tell me you want to make it right. ????
Place was cramped, only napkins were a roll of "paper towels." Staff was nice but the tables were dirty. Only went bc I wanted to taste the sandwich in the limited time Gold flavor. Flavor was spot on, would love to taste it on wings, but the bin took away from the great experience. It wasn't soft, warm or required. I wish they had a low carb option.
No organization. Employees are on their phones. Employees are talking about inappropriate stuff. Screaming. I waited over 25 mins for my food. This place is ridiculous. Upper management needs to fire them all and get people that want to work. Honestly even a new manager.
