I had a great experience at this wing stop. Living in odessa and going to those it’s ALWAYS more than an hour wait. The new GM here was so sweet and you can tell she cares about her customers. I will definitely come back to this location! Thank you for the great customer service.
Ordered our meal online at about 2:30 for 5:30 pick up. When I arrived, I was told it would be a few more minutes. I asked for our dri k cups and went to fill them and the selwction I wanted was out. I told the young man at the front and he said it would take some time as the system was in the back. I asked about my order and the lady told me it would be 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund on my card and was told she would take care of it. Just watch my card in 3-5 days. I told her I needed the process started while I was there. She went and told the manager who refunded my order.
This experience is unfortunately the norm for this location. But, I keep going back for more. In the future, I will go anywhere but here.
I have been eating at wing stop for year, always ordering the same thing. I understand that prices have went up, but I think it’s wild that they have to charge me almost $5 to get a small cup of Parmesan. The exact same size that I have been paying 1.19+tax for. The manager said she has to charge me 4x. I really wish someone would help me understand
30-55 minute wait turned into a two hour wait. Ordered at 7:46 got my food at 9:43! Figured it would be hot and fresh with the delayed wait….. it wasn’t hot at all. Every time I ordered Wingstop (once every 6 months or so) I remember why I don’t eat here ????
Please people stop ordering from here the people are rude and they take way to long to make your order when they have many wings done just hanging over the fryer. You are getting old wings when they do this plus they are cold when they arrive. There are many places for wings in this city like Buffalo Wild Wings that have bogo wings and all pizza places have wings too.
Afraid this location in Midland has a problem. They are way too busy!! Waited an hour for my takeout. But it was good.
There bathroom is nasty there food is always horrible when I get it from here yall are best sticking to the Odessa one it’s way better than this the fries were cold and gross I will not be eating from here anymore I will be going to Odessa. Odessa one is way better than this one . The worker that was checking me out was extremely rude too!
