Arrived before open of the store. The employee let us know they would open shortly. Took order and the staff was friendly. Takes a little bit to get our food. They make wings when you order. Got 3 orders total with family. The food was hot and had plenty of seasoning. Recommend trying the place out!
I placed an order through the app around 7:30pm on Monday (8/26) and showed up shortly after, i told them my name and there happened to be another with the same name so i didn’t realize but i placed the order for the wrong store. They apologized even though it was my fault and then instructed me on how to cancel and get my refund in which i did. They were very friendly and made my wait worth while as i replaced my order there. They got my food quickly and it was some of the best i’ve had, perfectly as ordered. Just wanted to say how amazing the staff was that night and the manager!
As approaching the door. I just felt this place wasn’t going to be clean. As you can see, the front entrance is filthy, needs power washing. So we ordered and they gave us cups to go to this machine that was molded plastic, and had a screen to choose out drink. The whole thing was splattered with different drink splatter. So we sat down and while waiting for our food, suiting in front of kitchen, I looked up and saw this splatter from the pans that are supposed to be slid in brackets to hold the sauces, covered. But they don’t use that feature. So hers the pics… you decide!
I called with a special request for an order I was placing through Door Dash and Tiffany was so nice and more than willing to accommodate! Then when I placed my order with DD she called me back to verify the name on the order to make sure she did what I requested. What an amazing employee!
Great location right off Gulf to Bay Blvd. Easily visible from normal traffic. The restaurant is clean and the restrooms are maintained. The employees are welcoming. I tried the hot wings but my favorite flavor are the garlic parmesan. The fries are delicious also.
The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh. You can't go wrong with the Louisiana rub! However, my son loves Lemon pepper.
First time ever going to Wingstop thought it would’ve be fantastic. I got home. The fries were soggy. We forgot the ranch and the blue cheese in the bag. It was not as I expected. I will not go back.
Placed my order online. Was ready in 18 min. Easy in and out wings were good as normal. I live closer to the one in st Pete but this one has 20 wings for 7 bucks less so they get my biz.
