Staff was very friendly, attentive and efficient.
I called so they can make my order later then the app anticipated and they were nice enough to extend my time.
The place was clean they had a bit of a crowd but no biggie
There was enough spaces to find parking
I ordered delivery which is why I gave Service and Atmosphere a full five stars.
Ordered BBQ wings and fries with a side of cheese from Wingstop. The BBQ sauce had a nice flavor but the wings themselves were just okay. Unfortunately, the food was a bit cold upon arrival, although that could have been due to GrubHub's delivery driver leaving it on the concrete. Fries were decent but nothing to write home about. The side of cheese was very good. A lot of places water down their cheese, but not Wingstop. All in all, not the best wings I've had but not the worst either.
I don't blame Wingstop for the cold food. I blame Grubhub's driver. I specifically request to place the food on one of the two benches in front of my door and not directly in front of my storm door or on the concrete. I give extra tip for those that follow the direction, but I seem to be getting the same driver.
Had a very interesting experience tonight and not sure I'll be back to this location. First thing first, the employee who took my order was very short and rude. He even got into an argument with another customer which was causing a lot of disruption. Sometimes just giving the customer what they asked for can solve so many issues before they escalate to arguing. Lastly the food was subpar and usually when I order I dont have many complaints. I get it's food service but being nice and apologetic to people goes further than causing disruption for the customers in the store as well as the one being serviced. Maybe work somewhere else that doesn't require conflict resolution. I won't be back at this location.
The food was disgusting. Fries are black dude they need to change the oil.the wings tasteless no sauce full of grease…. They tried to tell me to come and they’ll give me half my order for next time for free now that’s just nasty. I’m not looking for a free meal especially after that one. What do you think I wanna throw up. Make the food better
I canceled my order and they charged me and still not received my money back yet ( 4 weeks ago) I try to explain what happened .and they don’t care

It’s 11:52 pm at the time of writing my review, I walk in and these guys are jamming out to Michael Jackson, in book that’s all I need to know. 5 stars.
Got the Parmesan dry rub, and the wings arrived sitting in almost a half inch of bad smelling oil. Completely inedible, and literally dripping with so much oil and grease that they don't even look like they ever had a rub on them at all.
