Was gonna give this place a pretty low star review because it took forever to get our food but once we got our food, it was absolutely amazing and totally worthwhile. We got the loaded fries and they were to die for. Just a quick note it looks like they make everything to order which is why it takes so long to get your food. Pricing wasn’t horrible we did like a big group bundle and overall I would probably come here again
I Placed an order online like I always do of a 100pc. I set it for pick at 8:15pm so I could grab it & take it home right after I was done with a class I had across the street. I placed the order over an hour before I needed it. I was headed over to pick it up & I got a call 3min before it was supposed to be ready telling me because I ordered the 100pc I had to pay for it then they would drop the food. I was upset because if I would have known that I would have run over paid for it & gone back to pick up my kids! Now I have to wait another 35min for my food to be done. Your App needs to say any orders of 50 or more wings must be paid prior to food being prepared. And why I wasn’t able to charge my card when I placed the order I have no idea. That makes no sense either! I will be calling tomorrow. And speak with the manager. The management on duty tonight should have seen this order come in at 7pm and called me then!
We got the boneless wing deal. There's not even chicken in most of the pieces shown just small batter pieces. This is very different from our usual experiences here. This is supposed to be 20 boneless wings. There are random French fries that got tossed in with the wings. Even one of the pieces came with a piece of clear plastic when I bit into it. Really not thrilled with the experience. The Genral Manger we spoke with on the phone said basically sorry its the best they could do.
Friendly guys up front, food was great. I got classic wings, my daughter got a chicken sandwich, she loved it; fries were perfect. Only downside is you have to have them refill your drinks, I’m sure there’s a reason, but they were always attentive and quick to refill. Will return!
We ordered delivery so we wouldn't have to go to the store. They didn't close the ranch properly and it spilled all over our order. We called to atleast get a refund on the ranch since it spilled all over our oder and they told us that we had to go to the store. The whole point of us was to not go out and have it delivered. Bad service. ????
Walked in to eat dinner cashier told us that there was a 40 min wait because apparently online orders are more important than a walk in customer
Food is great, made just how I asked. Poor guy working was the only one in the building, that cant be safe? He rocked it tho
Just avoid this location at all costs. The staff doesn’t care about anything or customers. My family got horrible food poisioning. Instantly bloated, sick to the stomach and diarrhea. I am not one to complain but this isn’t ok. Safe food handling should always be top priority! Thankful DoorDash was incredibly helpful. Had I read reviews I never would’ve ordered.
