Slow workers. Took 28 minutes for a delivery order. Other customers complain about wait time while I waited. Kitchen is a disaster. Food all over the floor. Drink station area was not stock up. Just very messy. For this to be a fairly new location it needs better structure within the crew.
The customer service was really great. My son ordered lemon pepper, wings and voodoo fries and the voodoo fries was really good 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.
Four stars because the food is great! The wings are always cooked perfectly and I love the sauces. However, plan for a long wait. App told me it's going to be 16min but I ended up waiting over 45min.

Horrible customer service, cleaning is not their best interest either. The soda machine did not have any drinks available, but they still handed out cups. I asked if I could get one of the bottle drinks in the freezer, and she just gave me a dry NO!.
I put in my order over the phone a head of time. Once I got there I paid for the order and the lady at counter said that the order was being working on right then she placed the order on a waiting rack did not saying anything to notify me that the order was ready so I went to ask her and her reply was it’s not ready yet so I wait a little longer now time was going on about an hour and I seen people that put in their order after me come and go. I went back up there and ask another lady and there my order was just sitting there. Food now cold and almost a gone by. One WingStop in Rock Hill and it’s like this they definitely need more and new staff.
I was very surprised how much it changed since the day they opened I ordered there couple time was pretty good. Until almost 2 years later I was shocked how bad it changed. Everytime I went there for door dash it literally took 20-30 minutes to finally pick up. Apparently I can think of they need a bigger kitchen and more staff to handles it since it was 20+ peoples in the building..
I placed a online order 11/26 at 11:32 pm and paid 20.15 for the order. I never received my food or a refund. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:36 pm and the doors were locked with people inside. I ran inside when someone came out the restaurant and opened the locked door. A employee said" your able to place orders online and pay after 11:30 however the orders don't come across to the store so she never got my order" she took my name and information and claimed I would receive a call from a manager the next day and a full refund. I never received a call or a refund. So I stopped in November 27th and spoke to a manager that night. He said what the employee told me was not true. The orders do come across to the store all the way until 11:45 PM. At which time I would no longer be able to place an order online. But but as long as I'm able to place the order online. The stores able to receive the order. And make the order. He said he was going to call the district manager and he would make sure I got a refund. I still have no refund.I never heard back from that manager. I am very upset at how wingstop has handled this situation.There is no phone number to contact wingstop. You can't reach them through the contact us link online. This is absolutely absurd. I guess I'm going to make a third trip to the store to get my money back and this time, I will demand a cash refund.
