District manager Raquel Crvenkovski likes to make the store look clean for when corporate is coming.But other than that, it's a dirty and bug filled. She tells us to cook the chicken in big batches and heat it up for the next few hours.As people come in so your wings are never fresh but hot also the fries never get refrigerated when they're supposed to be and no one dates anything I've personally seen them use expired butter milk in the ranch!
My family and I visited the Wingstop downtown location, drawn in by our craving for wings. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the well-maintained and inviting ambiance of the store. The decor and cleanliness of the establishment were commendable, setting a positive tone for our dining experience.
One notable aspect of this particular visit was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Their welcoming attitude and eagerness to assist customers added to the overall positive impression. However, it's worth noting that during our visit, the store appeared to be relatively empty, but this was likely due to the surge in online orders and DoorDash deliveries. While this didn't affect the quality of service we received, it did result in a somewhat extended wait time for our order.
Moving on to the main highlight, the food, we were pleased with the quality of the wings. The flavors and preparation met our expectations, and we enjoyed our meal. Nevertheless, there were a few minor drawbacks that could be improved. Firstly, the presence of a soda machine was somewhat disappointing, as the taste of the soda did not meet our preferences. Additionally, the limited availability of ketchup packets was a bit inconvenient, as we had to request multiple packets to adequately accompany our meal. Lastly, the absence of soap in the restroom was a notable hygiene concern, and it would be beneficial for the establishment to ensure the provision of this essential amenity.
In summary, our visit to Wingstop's downtown location was largely positive. The ambiance and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the food quality was commendable. While the online order demand may result in slightly extended wait times, this is a testament to the popularity of Wingstop. Addressing the soda machine, ketchup packet availability, and ensuring soap in the restrooms could further enhance the overall dining experience. We look forward to revisiting Wingstop and hope to see these minor concerns addressed in the future.
Waited 1.5 hours for 6 garlic parm boneless wings. Never got the wings and when requesting a refund, they said they would "get to it later". I get that they were super busy and wanted to take care of larger orders but maybe serve people in the order they are received. Countless people got their order before me.
This was the worst chicken I have ever had! Very dry and tasted as if it was burned. I tried to call the store several times located on 2nd Street in Waco and I never got through to speak to anyone. To spend almost $40.00 dollars for Chicken, for my family, I would expect a lot better of quality. This was horrible!
I love wingstop and I know this location takes FOREVER to get their food out so I waited a solid hour after ordering my food to go pick it up and I get there and they say it will still be another 10 minutes! The food? Great! The service meh but the wait time is crazy
They take 4 ever on doordash orders... we can't be late we have a time limit.. plus their ice machine didn't work and made me even later... I won't ever tell anyone to go here bc the staff is rude and they are slow.
Very moist wings, lots of flavors and mix match boneless and traditional. Good priced value packs. Ate here and tasted worlds better plus half price of other wing chains
This Wingstop made me appreciate you more! It was not overcrowded the food was fresh and hot. The customer service was outstanding. By far the best Wingstop I’ve ever been to! Kudos keep up the great work.
