Love paying extra for classic bone-in wings just to get home and see i got served some sauced up chicken nuggets! i do NOT like boneless and was not happy to see that’s all i got. i don’t even eat Wingstop that often and the few times i do there’s ALWAYS a problem with my order!! I even tried calling up there to see if I could talk to someone about the incorrect order and ofc NOBODY PICKS UP! I waited for 15 minutes before i finally just ate the dang nuggets. This will be my LAST time ordering Wingstop and best believe i will be up there in the morning for a REFUND!
Was looking forward to the fries but got them like this. Didn’t taste right at all. Hot wings were all overcooked a little and too crunchy. won’t be back 0/10
Ordered a regular 8 boneless wing combo w/ seasoned fries and a drink.. fries was okay but really soft like oily almost. Wings were delish, no complaints there BUT it didnt get a 5 star because I did order online and it does ask if i want ranch and i said yes. There was NO ranch in the bag and i didn't realize i had to grab my own napkins and fork after they have sealed the bag with the sticker so i gotta rip it open next time and put my utensils in there. The soda machine was out of flavor in 2 drinks and when I tried to get ice there was barely any coming out. Felt bad for the next person because i felt like i took all the ice that was left.. parking lot is small and shares with 3 other businesses.
Was excited to try a new location and was willing to drive further away from my house for the service. Made a mistake by not looking at the reviews. Wait was longer than expected, which would have been fine if our order was correct. Ordered Cajun wings and honey hot wings. The honey hot wings had NO seasoning and the fries were overcooked.
Me and one other person placed our order online at the exact time so they would be ready at the same time, well they wasn't. I was told my order would be 7 minutes more hers was ready, ok I can deal with 7 minutes, 10 minutes later I ask again well we had a large order and had to do it first? Why did I place my order online if wasn't going to be ready, they haven't even started it. I made sure not to go early, everyone that came in after me their order was ready. My friend was finished eat by the time my food was. 45 minutes after it was placed online it was ready. If you missed placed the order or forgot to make it just say so.
This place would be great, if it wasn't an absolute cluster f. Wings are good, fries always soggy. They screw up our order every time. Tonight they were out of cups, so they couldn't sell any drinks... with hot wings.. didn't stop them from charging us for them first. we ordered blue cheese and ranch and only got blue cheese. They shorted us an order of veggies. From an industry professional perspective, this place just isn't set up for success. The entire place is way too small for the volume they're selling. Kitchen under-equipped. Staff under-trained. On our last visit, they shorted my fried corn. Had to go back to get it. Staff tells me they were out, so they just didn't put it in the order. They didn't say anything or offer a replacement. Ordered voodoo fries as a replacement. Sat there 20+ minutes waiting. Put a towel in your seat of you get take-out. The to-go boxes leak without fail. Even at your best effort to keep it upright. I wanna like this place, just not feeling it.
I had a great experience! The crew was busy with it being lunch. I was greeted by Tyson who was in the kitchen area. Lina took my order, made sure it was accurate and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Wyatt was busy in the kitchen and double checking orders. While all this was going on a young girl dropped her drink near the beverage station. Her mother apologized and asked if someone could clean it up. Tyson cleaned it up with no hesitation and as the woman apologized again he told her not to worry about it. The teamwork in this store is great! The service was A1. I will be back!!
Placed an online pickup order. The order was missing the cajun corn. Called the store numerous times and waited on the phone each time. Just kept on hold with interaction with a human being. Requested a follow up through the contact services to discuss getting my side order refunded since I didn’t actually received it.
