Best WLM Reviews
Some of the worst food I’ve had in a long time! Burnt, old corn and stale, broken wings….spent $40 and got no drinks! Could see and taste dirty oil which turned my stomach ????
If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier was fine but the people in the back was not. They was coughing and not covering there mouth. Waited for my food for basically 30 mins. They claimed to have called the name of the order. All I mainly heard them was arguing with each other and they was yelling other peoples order. We had a group and all of sitting together did not hear the name. After everyone let them know nobody heard the name called, they try to say we was all in our phones. Never would recommend this place to anyone or go back negative stars if I could.
I have never had issues with his establishment prior to this time. I always had superb service and the food was great! This time, I was not pleased and neither was my husband. We made this order the day before and my husband was there on time for pickup. He walked in and he immediately had a feeling it wasn’t going to be good. He said the establishment was not clean or properly managed.
We scheduled the pickup for 4:30pm, my husband left the house at 4:20pm, and we live 5 minutes away from the establishment. Despite getting there on time, the nuggets were barely warm, the fries were cold (I had to heat them back up myself), and the corn was warmer than the chicken. Basically we thought they made our order a lot sooner than our pickup time and failed to contact us that our order was ready, which we would’ve been happy to accept.
We had an order of 25 nuggets that were a mixture of three: garlic parm, hickory smoked bbq, and Louisiana rub. We also had fries, Cajun corn, and two tea drinks. I’ve never been this disappointed with a Wingstop establishment.
As a prior cook/customer from a Wingstop in California, this is by far the slowest location/service ever received. It doesn't matter if you order online or in person the wait time will be the same, double if in person because, mind you the online orders and doordash& Uber eats. I recommend you order well-done/ fresh wings because chances are you'll get cold wings and wings that are left waiting will just be recooked via order. It's cooked at your request make it count. They charge an arm and a leg now, get yalls worth.
We picked up dinner 8/2/2024 I had garlic and lemon pepper combo .Chicken was very over cooked dry and hard.Very disappointing. You get off work you tired it's 100 degrees outside. And you to tired to good and this is what you end up with. Will not deal with this location again.
This wing stop is disgusting!!! Why would they think it’s acceptable to give this to a customer ? I ordered the Louisiana dry rub wings and this is what they gave me. It honestly looks like piss. this is sick. ????
I canceled my order cuz they were taking over 30mins to make my food. This morning I woke up to a cancellation charge through uber eats. They did that on purpose. I’ve been to this location they hate to do this job!!!
Great service and place but food wise disappointed, ordered chicken and one flavor, Korean q had hair. To see on lid of ranch
