It was my first time at wingstop, when we walked in, Oscar greeted us and helped so much when I didn’t know what to order! He even gave my friend and I samples of sauces. He definitely made my experience great and we enjoyed the 3 summer bundles! ???? thanks Oscar!
First time in. The sandwiches I had was delicious ????. I can't wait to try other things on the menu.
It still tastes fine and I don’t get grossed out by these types of things, but I don’t wanna pay for food and have to pluck my own chicken before being able to eat it. It would be fine if this was the only wing, but I’ve already had to pluck like, 4 wings already. Not cool wing stop, not cool.
I love wingstop. To the point that where I live in Oregon I get it atleast once a month if not more. I order at this location a often because i visit my family from here. For some reason this location always has some sort of issue with the food. They often don't follow or do the opposite of my extra seasoning on fries request and the bone in wings have been very dry recently with little meat on the bones.
Today was particularly bad. Bought the 30 piece bone in bundle and asked for original hot wings, only carrots, and extra fry seasoning. The wings for starters were barely edible. The skin on parts were so hard that it hurt and the meat itself was so dry even with ranch on it. The fries were not only undercooked but had little to no seasoning and we got carrots and celery and not just carrots.
I work in fast food. I get it. But this place always has issues and is significantly worse than other stores I have tried. Please please please get it together.
First the hype. The ranch. It was okay. Went well with just the plain chicken. They got our order wrong. But quickly fixed it within a min. That was awesome. Reason why? Cause they couldn't hear me. Very loud in there. But all good. We all were trying to order pretty much the same. And the girl at the counter only offered a deal to my daughter. Me and my husband paid 40 when the rest of the family paid 26. And my daughter a lil less. But those kids behind did an amazing job. It was so, so busy. But yet they did their jobs and kept people moving.
It’s not horrible place or anything but one of my buns was missing lol, anyways I called to see if I could get a refund cuz umm.. anyways the person who answered the phone wasn’t even talking properly I was tryna be nice and understand each word he was saying … idk why yall have someone like that be on the phones ???????? he hung up on me I just wanted my bun yall made me so sad ????
First time trying this place out. It's small with not much seating indoors and it took about 20 minutes to get my order done. Not too bad on a Sat night. I brought the wings back to my hotel and they were all very good. I ordered the Hawaiian, Garlic Parm, and Louisiana Rub. The Hawaiian is soooo good!
Came in on a Wednesday at 11:30 am and you have a guy greeting with a really good attitude, "welcome to wingstop, let me know when you are ready to order" but ten times nicer than just reading it here haha.
Seems like there is good team working here, if I were the manager I'll be looking out for them, getting some raises because they are very good, excellent ????
