Ordered parmesan wings and tenders and both are plain like no seasoning what’s so ever this is not the first time something has happened to me at this location honestly you might be better off at the Nelis location
The food and service were great, but I want to give a huge shout out to the kitchen crew! There was a guy cleaning and he was actually DEEP CLEANING! He cleaned the tables, chairs, and the bottom of the chairs and legs of the chairs. He replaced empty soda cartridges in the Coca Cola machine, and was very detailed. I want you to know that your work goes unnoticed and I commend you for your level of detail. These skills go a long way! Thank you!
As much as I loved this particular wingstop, my most recent visit on March 6th led me to believe that either the staff doesn't care about their jobs or management doesn't care about its workers. First off, it was busy at 6:30 at night which is typical for a wingstop. Usually though when you order online the system reflects the time it will take for your order to be ready. My time was the usual 16-21 min wait. When I got there, 22 min later, there were a number of people waiting for food, the tickets were falling out of the ticket holders because there were so many and they were still taking orders and the tickets were still coming out of the ticket machine. So of course I was told it would be another 15-20 min. I figure cool, at least I will have fresh chicken....but no. 20 min later still no food and now they can't find my ticket...oh but wait there it is and it will be another 5-10 min...fast forward and wouldn't you know still no order. Keep in mind I only ordered 2-6 piece meals and 2 drinks. The two bumbling cashiers I interacted with could neither remember my name or my order, and to make a long story short, I waited for over an hour for 12 pieces of chicken, and when I finally got my food, I had to give back my order because there was a half of a flat as one of my pieces!!! I had to tell the girl, who said my name wrong when calling out my order, that I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, not 5 1/2....all in all maybe I will try another wingstop and wait until you all get your $#!+ together...this was a disaster and very disappointing from one of my fave wingstops...UPDATE!!!!!!...so fast forward nearly a year later and somehow they have gotten worse....Orders still effed up...staff stil doesn't care about their jobs...management still doesn't care about the staff and the food is still hit or miss. Wingstop....more like stop making chicken wings poorly and change your effin oil for the effin french fries...the pic below is their most recent atrocity. They were supposed to be Cajun and lemon pepper but they wound up being plain and original hot....smdh
Update: Because I am a glutton for punishment, I came back to this wretched place. Whoever owns this particular wingstop should be ashamed to call themselves a business owner!!! This is possibly the worst wingstop in all of Las Vegas!!!! I got chicken and fries!!! That is all you all sell and you can't get it right??? What is wrong with yall? Why don't you like cooking chicken properly? Why is it always hard and overcooked and almost petrified??? Don't you all know to throw that old stuff away??? Why are your fries always so sad and lifeless. Please wingstop do better!!!!!!
You guys messed our order up we drove 20 mins paid $40 and then when you make us drive back 20 minute and not even replace our cold food? Waste of time, money and gas. Have a full staff but can’t even prepare your food right? If you’re going to have us pay $40 for food and mess it up then make us drive back, you should at least be throwing something in for wasting my time and gas. And get rid of the attitude, next time talk bad about us in the back not in front of us. Thanks. And now the food is messed up again, didn’t even put the right seasoning and then didn’t even give us the right amount of ranches.
This was my first time at this wing stop and probably gonna be my last time. Messed up our order and forgot our ranch that we paid. When we went back they remade our food which would’ve been good if it wasn’t for the fact that what I presume to be a manager and a team member we’re talking badly about me and my group accusing us of stealing cause we only brought 1 bag but brought all the food back and just making us feel uncomfortable. What made it even worst they got the corn wrong the second time and the amount of ranches. Go to the wingstop on losee rd instead they care about customer service and make your food the best

My food was throw together they put my chicken tenders in with BBQ items the chicken size was like popcorn chicken frys very greases and Un seasoned the corn old and hard 62.00 dollars wow don't eat here.
I always get soggy well done fries unless I watch them make it. When I come for pick up adding more time for my wait. Today I did uber eats priority and I got the MOST SOGGY BOTTOM OF THE PAN SHORT TINY FRIES. I LOVE WINGSTOP BUT THIS ONE WILL NOT DO WELL DONE FRIES.
