Wingstop is usually great, and I never expect super fast service. However, this time was disappointing. The order was ready over an hour later than the estimated time, which I understand might happen during a busy event like a fight night. But the staff’s attitude made the experience worse. They were running around with rude behavior, telling customers, ‘It is what it is,’ and dismissively mentioning they were backed up by 70 orders. They seemed indifferent and uninterested in checking the shelves for orders. In fact, when I asked a different employee, they immediately found my order sitting on the shelf. It’s frustrating when poor service and unprofessional attitudes overshadow an otherwise good brand.
At first I wasn’t really a big fan of Wingstop but this is my first time coming in awhile and I was really pleased. They have some of the best lemon pepper wings I’ve ever had and don’t even get me started on the buffalo wings! Also the staff here are very friendly and polite. But if you plan on dining in it can be a bit inconvenient when they’re crowded because the building is not that big.
***NO MILITARY DISCOUNT*** I love me some wings! We placed an order via the app/website. It was timely and ready when we git there! The young lady cashing me out was fast? Freindly and appologetic when she informed me they did not have a military discount. We grabbed our bag and headed out! Everything was great until we realized they didn't give us any dips. Ugh! Wings with out dip....FAIL???? Other then that? The wings were crispy and well seasoned. The Buffalo fries were DELICIOUS! We will be back!
Soda machine was out and I ordered a boneless 8pcs well done after i checked my food it was drowned in juice. I hate I’m at work otherwise I would definitely return this for a refund. Don’t think I’ll come back and I don’t recommend this place.
Probably the worst wingstop ive been to. They take your order wrong sometimes and no matter how manny people are in the store its a 25 minute wait for simple orders. The dining room is dirty and filled with flies and other dead bugs???? they say for you to leave ur trash on the table but they barley wipe down the tables. The workers are on their phones majority of the time (hairnets and gloves optional btw). Theres only one girl there that does a decent job there tbh. When i got my order it was completely wrong. When i asked for the right food turns out they never started making it the first time. Out of all 5 times ive been there, ive spent and hour each time for the wrong damn order. PLEASE RETRAIN OR REHIRE THIS STAFF.!!
To the current acting general manager at the time of this posting. You are an all star. Mr. Jeremy has helped me out not only once but twice and has been kind enough to do so in such an efficient outstanding way that he never had to.
I am a disabled youngster who due to some accidents in my life rendered my walking capabilities quite useless. Wingstop is also surprisingly one of the most stomach safe meals for both me and my husband to enjoy together. We order Wingstop for date nights, get cozy and spend our whole day together watching movies, shows, game playthroughs, or even true crime.
When a Door Dasher stole my food yesterday after we had struggled to have a date in a while, I was absolutely crushed. However, Wingstop came into clutch big time with their fast response.
This location has been consistently kind whenever I've had the rare chance to go in as well as always so clean. Everyone was kind and patient and for once I didn't feel like I was being judged for what I looked like.
Even over the phone they are cordial and polite while making the customer feel like a person. As someone who is forced to work for home and work as a call center representative, I wish I could bring Jeremy's kindness as well as the kindness on his team. Keep up the good work all of you. Even in your bad days if nobody is rooting for any of you just know this little disabled fella will be waving your Wingstop flag just for you!
This is the worst place i had ever been, service is horrible the time on the orders its the worst , manager don’t care about customers either service ( he don’t care at all) they always have 5-10 persons working and orders are never ready bc they all are talking on their phones and playing around. Honestly this places need a new management to get better
If you want the crispy feeling of wings, get them plain and sauce on the side. Call it the Tracy Special! They work fast and have fun at same time. So ease up and don't be impatient. Everybody is hungry not just you. Be prepared weekend's are not for the impatient.
