Best WLM Reviews
This is kind of a mixed bag here because there were some great things and some not so great things. This being my first time at a Wingstop, I was excited. The business is part of a strip mall in Easton and had some tables inside but seemed highly geared towards takeout. The people behind the counter were very friendly, but it took a very long time to get the food. I'm not sure if that was due to being short staffed or a separate concern, but it wasn't sort of long...it was long.
So I am normally a huge fan of fresh cut fries, but these were not cooked through. I'm guessing they weren't par cooked and then fried a second time (which is the best way to handle fresh cut), but they were still hard in the center. That's after waiting a long time for the food. The flavor was good so it's unfortunate they didn't get the proper cook time.
I got the Hot Buffalo wings and the "Spicy Korean Q" wings. The buffalo wings were cooked. Cooked nicely, nice size to the wing (not too big or too small), there was a good coating of sauce, and there was an even blend of flats to drums. I also enjoyed the blue cheese here, it was not too chunky or too watery. This combo was honestly very enjoyable. The Spicy Korean Q wings also had a nice flavor to them, but I didn't find these to really have any spice at all. Felt like a one dimensional sauce which was upsetting because I'm a big fan of sweet heat. Had there been any kick to these at all I would have been even more pumped. It's not that I didn't like them, I just thought the name was a bit misleading.
10 wings/fries/fountain drink was $17 before tax. Felt a little steep to me but wing prices these days are all over the place so I guess I could have known that was coming. I would definitely go back, I'd like to try out some other sauces and see how their chicken sandwich is. Wingstop Didn't Suck...but there are some easy improvements that could be made that would really step this spot up.
We went on 9/2/24. Very busy but we received TOP NOTCH service. Entire staff was engaged and completely on point. If they weren’t enthusiastic and happy to be there that day, they did a great job of pretending to be. Very grateful for their ethics that day as me and my family drove almost 2hrs because my daughter wanted to try it and they were the closest. This was our first time and this crew did Wing Stop a huge solid by delivering what was some very tasty food. Such an unexpectedly pleasant surprise.
Fours across the board! We ordered takeout and when I got there to pick it up, they hadn’t even started it - mind you I actually arrived late. So the guy said it would be done in 5-6mins. It was done in 3. The place was fairly clean but not all that well-kept so there was a little trash here and there and the floors were just a little dirty. Other than that it was totally fine. Onto the food…
The breading had a wondrous texture. It was crispy and relatively thick but not hard, and the chicken was really good. My fiance loved the fries but I wasn’t crazy about them because they tasted a little… soggy, I guess?
Edit: apparently they have new staff. The manager was very cool. It's unacceptable that whatever employee did what they did but some people weren't raised right. I'll give them a chance again at some point. Well wishes to them I suppose.
These guys have been phoning it in on delivery for a long time. Forgetting ranch all the time is one thing but this time I ordered garlic parm and there's barbecue sauce on there wings. Like they threw em in sauce, washed them off and tried to cover it up? Disgusting
I called and asked the supervisor/manager Angie to secure my bag a tab bit extra than normal and she was so sweet & professional. Even stayed a bit longer past her shift to assure my order was perfectly sealed for delivery. She attended to my request kindly with no hesitation. I love the way she sealed my ordered man. I wish her well. Food was amazing & fresh. Brownie for my Brownie (haha)
Terrible customer service. Place was very dirty and the bathroom was stinky. Get here when you are not hungry because you are going to wait for EVER. Don’t even ask them for the status of the order because they are SO rude. It was also freezing, could not even stay to eat. Not coming back.
I ordered 20 wings, 10 lemon pepper and 10 plain. Waited 32 minutes and got my order, sat down only 15 wings were there and they were ALL plain. Went to tell them they said give them 10 back and they will make them lemon pepper, I said you shorted me 5 wings and I don't want to wait 30 mins for them. They said they can give a partial refund but it will take 7 to 10 days. 8 people on staff and can not handle the orders.
We ordered a 15 count boneless meal combo with fries and corn on the side. Order takes 45 minutes and when we get the food the wings have bones, no fries, barely any corn and the wrong wing flavor. When we tried to call we kept getting put on hold.they even called my name to make sure it was my order.
