Food is very good, service has always been awesome, but sometimes they will give you the wrong sauce, The atmosphere is good. But small orders and take a while when there busy
Every time I come into Wingstop the vibe is just amazing, they're always super busy so we know business is really good for them. I honestly feel they always go above and beyond but this time was so perfect it was something so simple but whoever wrote this is just amazing it basically brought so much joy my son was over the moon with happiness.
very prompt and professional service, with very delicious wings. I usually get a free extra ranch because they know me there and they're really good with the cheese too. They're really polite and want to take care of you. They're always willing to work with you if you have any issue with your order.
Called 3x tonight and nobody picked up the phone. If they’re are so busy, then at least answer the phone and say please wait. Seems suspect though, as every time I’ve come to get my food this place is empty so why not answer the phone to get my order. What a disappointment. ????
Called to place order , lady on the phone was extremely rude rushing us to place the order on top of that we couldn’t hear her & she clicked on us claimed “she had other people waiting” very rude will never order food here again. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!
My pick up was scheduled for 2:06. It's 2:20 pm and I'm still waiting at the store...
Ordered literally $70-80 worth of food. Mine was COMPLETELY wrong, and I had to fight to get that refund which they barely wanted to do. When my friends finished their portion of unseasoned dry wings, one of them noticed their chicken inside was still pink. They felt sick the next day. I tried to call to get a full refund and one of the employees said they’ll speak to a manager instead of allowing me to speak to the manager myself. I never got the refund. I try not to be a Karen because I’ve worked in food industries myself but they’re acting like I’m asking them to give me their own personal money back or something. I promise you that licking boots will only get you so far. This is a scam place.
The lady that works at the front desk was very rude and has no manners whatsoever. I went in on July 21st at 8pm and she shouldn’t be working in customer client roles.
