The reason why I rate this because I walk in there was a lot of confusion. But I thought it will be better once I order “no”. Then my order was not all there,so I had to go back to get my order fix and still didn’t get all my stuff. Well I said forget it. Next time I just say don’t duct tape my bag. So I can see what is in it. And please talk to your workers so the can be on to work not kick it or try to get numbers.
I Order delivery all the time from this location and today I did a pick up order and I must say who was working the front register with the beautiful colorful braids really kept the crowd calm with their wonderful attitude and politeness for such a busy night. Thank you. The world needs more people like you, keep it up ???????? good job cooks as well!
I just got my food and got home I ordered Louisiana dry rub with Cajun corn that was over cooked and my chicken not battered right swimming in grease I have eaten at wing stop for years practically ordering the same thing every time and I am not satisfied and the fountain drinks I got taste like fountain water my kids are so upset by this. I won’t be going back to this particular location I tried this location a while back it was alright but I am sure I won’t be back after this.
Beware: terrible service and poor food. I've been burned by awful service at this location several times so I stopped ordering from here. I usually go out of my way and order at the location that's about 10 minutes further from my house, but today I accidentally ordered from here. Big mistake. This time, they "lost" my order and after over an hour wait and back and forth discussion, they eventually just cancelled the order altogether. Now I'm writing a hangry review to advise everybody to eat somewhere else.
Avoid this location at all costs. It's disgustingly filthy inside and employees have no clue what they're doing. Waited 40+ minutes for 15 wings because the staff was overwhelmed with online orders and too uncaring to fulfill the orders of people who are actually in the restaurant.
My experience at Wingstop was horrendous!!! First of all, I waited an hour for my food. Secondly, when I received it my bag was filled with grease. I opened the order to inspect it and I was disappointed!!! I ordered the Louisiana Cajun Rub and Parmesan Garlic. If you look at the pictures you can't decipher one from another. THE ROLLS were cold and hard. This was the location on 76th and Good Hope. I will NOT be returning!!!
I came in to this location 11:23 pm on a Saturday the cashier Derick was very pleasant and had great customer service!! I was satisfied with my Order and how fresh my food was definitely will be back!!!!
I ordered online and when i picked my food up it came with 2 fountains drink, as a woman that cherishes a balanced ph level I don't drink soda. I told Destin the "assisted manager" can I have 2 bottle waters instead, he stated he will not give me the bottle water because it's more then the cup the fountain comes in. I explained I don't drink soda, instead of managing up and taking a small L (which is giving the slightly higher bottle water) for a big W (which is keeping a faithful customer). So, I requested a refund, he stated I will have it in 3-7 businesses day. Today is 6/17/2024
