I went to Wingstop this past Friday - on a very busy evening. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted immediately with such enthusiasm! I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings and Parmesan Fries. The food was good! The wings were larger, the fries were fresh, and of course the ranch was spot on! This is not the first time here recently I’ve been so impressed all around!
I’ve gone to wingstop about 3 times this past month, each and every time they forgot my ranch. I ordered well done fries for almost no reason because they’re completely soggy. If you’re trying to go have a good time and eat some good wings DO NOT go to the store on 24th AVE they will disregard any and every thing you ask for.
It’s a shame that Wingstop has such a poor customer service business model because their wings and flavors are consistent. I have never once received good service at any wing stop. But tonight, as I waited for my order in a busy restaurant I was more disappointed than ever to see employees in the back watching their phones in front of the fryers rather than helping with the rush of guests up front.
I just ordered wings from here and it was honestly the most EMBARESSING thing iv ever received, how did your employees look at this and think. Ya that’s edible. I got all my wings BURNT. With a DAB of sauce on my Korean wings. I seriously do not recommend spending your money here, if this is the quality they’re okay with putting out.
Food was amazing as always. This is our first time coming to this location in Norman on 24th. It's GROSS inside. We had to clean our own table due to their being grease and chicken all over the table. Workers didn't clean up messes all the way. Left parts of ranch containers as well as left all tables unwiped. Truly gross inside.
Took 19 minutes to get 8 boneless wings but they weren’t busy in the store. I think they just had a bunch of online orders so they were just slammed. Tried to charge me $2 for ranch. Food was good though I just won’t come back if I’m in a hurry
The wings were drenched in butter to the point where it was inedible. The only way to describe it is a stick of butter with a hint of chicken. Next, they didn’t have cheese sauce. Which is fine. I can live without my Louisiana voodoo fries. However, they seemed to make up for the lack of sauce by using sugar instead of salt. Literally nothing in the meal was palatable. Normally I’d go straight to corporate but they aren’t even allowing me to click the “contact us” button which means they know there is a problem but don’t care anymore. Do not waste your hard earned money by going here, if you want chicken go to Canes or Chik Fil A.
The young lady with a lip ring in couldn’t be bothered to help the guest inside the building. She instead chose to argue about trading food with another business over the phone. She was very unpleasant and if I see her working I will take my business elsewhere from this day forward.
