We ordered are good , the guy who took it was nice . But some how are order never got made until my husband went up and said something after the group of 6 got there food before us and they ordered after us . We’ve been waiting for 45 min for our food . Which is crazy the fact that I have worked and food service . Definitely could do better on service . I will say no one was rude or anything like that . It’s just we already got done working out and we were thinking it would have took 10 min not 50 min on 2 combo . Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but yall should have did something specially the fact we were sitting in the lobby at the moment of time we are still waiting . We waited a hr for our food
I placed an online order around 4:40 to be ready at 5:30 since I was about 45 minutes away. When I get there, I tell the guy my name, and he grabs the bag furthest away from the kitchen, like it had been there a while. I went about 5 minutes down the road to my hotel, and started pulling out my food. The fries were dead cold. Not warm, not slightly warm, cold. Like they had been sitting there for 30-45 minutes. The 2 tenders I ordered were warm, and coated in garlic/parm like I ordered. Then I break out the boneless wings, and they’re plain. Nothing on them at all, and they were barely warm. Overall a horrible experience, and not at all the service I expect from Wingstop.
Ordered online for delivery, only received HALF the items we placed. On top of that, all the flavors were wrong except one. We were excited to try the hot honey and didn’t receive it. Called three separate times and each time they said they’d issue a refund only through the district manager cause that’s the process…? Provided all the info they needed and still no refund or any effort to reach out. Gave up after a month. Don’t bother coming here, the food never looks as good as it does on social media or at least not this location. Clearly with everyone else’s reviews, they don’t care.
This review is solely based on the phone . I placed my order through DoorDash and they didn’t put my ranch in the bag. This location has an automatic phone system and it doesn’t connect to the store it just says “ the store is busy “ and it hangs up. No matter what time of day or how many times I tried to call. I’m not sure how they’re able to help fix a problem if there’s no way to speak to an employee.
This evening we ordered three wing combos. I was pleased with the wings however the fries were not what I expected. There were huge cuts of potato that did not resemble some of the other fries. They were huge and nothing like a fry. It is just irresponsible to send this type of product out the door.
I placed an order tonight, and when it arrived, the fries were still undercooked. I called the restaurant and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager. When I told her about the issue, she was rude and actually hung up on me. People like her can harm your business. It's the employees, not the business itself, that can cause problems.
Horrible and rude customer service provided. Pretty sure it was the manager, just stood behind the computer ignoring customers. Employees also don’t wear gloves while putting food together!
On 12/19 i ordered habanero and garlic parm wings
But I received plain and lemon pepper wings instead
I tried calling the tyvola location for 2 days, about my order. But still have not received a response. I’m really upset because this was my first time ordering from wing stop. I had a horrible experience receiving the wrong order and burnt fries.
